Evolution of autograph signature to advanced electronic signature in smart cities environment

The use and more frequent incorporation of information technology to society, caused to change the paradigm in which the Mexican society has performed the procedures and processes within organizations. They have seen in the use of technology, process optimization and continuous improvement of their daily routine.
