Analisis sistem antrian teknik simulasi menggunakan ARENA pada studi ini mendeskripsikan antrian pintu keluar sepeda motor dengan sistem first come first serve dan memiiki waktu antar kedatangan yang berbeda. Simulasi ini menggunakan menggunakan 50 data yang diambil melalui observasi secara langsung di pintu keluar UTM. Analisis dilakukan dengan simulasi model usulan dengan penambahan jumlah satpam pada masing-masing portal dengan mempertimbangkan waktu rata-rata dalam sistem, antrian pintu keluar dan kemampuan rata-rata satpam dalam memenuhi waktu maksimum pemeriksaan.Kata Kunci: antrian, ARENA, pintu keluar gerbang lama UTM. \nABSTRACTAt the old gate portal of Trunojoyo University, Madura, there are often queues that take the time of UTM residents who are going out. The analysis of the queuing system simulation technique using ARENA in this study describes the motorcycle exit queue with a first come first serve system and has different arrival times. This simulation uses 50 data taken through direct observation at the exit of UTM.
