摘要

在电价管理中,拥塞管理显得尤为重要,它给电力交易带来了不可避免的问题。本文采用基于引力搜索算法(gravity Search Algorithm, GSA)的优化方法,解决基于贡献因子排序和基于节点拥塞价格排序的最优潮流(OPF)问题,以理想的电压水平和最小的系统损耗达到缓解拥塞和最大经济效益的目的。该方法已在典型的IEEE测试系统上进行了测试。
