Because of that, microfluidic devices have been massively investigated and applied for the real application of human life. This review summarizes the up-to-date microfluidic research works including continuous-flow, droplet-based, open-system, paper-based and digital microfluidic devices. The brief fabrication technique of those microfluidic devices, as well as their potential application for particles separation, solvent extraction, nanoparticle fabrication, qualitative and quantitative analysis, environmental monitoring, drug delivery, biochemical assay and so on, are discussed. 摘要

随着反应器尺寸的小型化,微流控装置正受到世界的关注,并开启了微流控时代,特别是在化学领域,因为它具有过程快速、所需试剂量少、风险低、易于精确控制、便携和可在线监测等优点。正因为如此,微流控装置被大量研究并应用于人类生活的实际应用。综述了近年来连续流微流控、液滴微流控、开放系统微流控、纸质微流控和数字微流控的研究进展。简要介绍了微流控器件的制备技术,并对其在颗粒分离、溶剂萃取、纳米颗粒制备、定性和定量分析、环境监测、药物输送、生化检测等方面的应用前景进行了展望。介绍了微流控技术在芯片实验室、微总量分析系统、芯片器官等方面的研究进展。
