摘要

目的研究栀子提取物Genipin (Gen)对高糖损伤的人视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞的抗氧化作用。在高浓度葡萄糖(50 mmol / L)作用下,体外建立RPE细胞损伤模型,各组培养检测。采用WST-1法和酶标法检测各组细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,采用微孔板法检测过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量,采用荧光探针DCF检测各组细胞活性氧(ROS)水平。高糖组(HG) MDA含量显著低于Genipin +高糖组(HG + GEN) (P < 0.05),抗氧化酶SOD活性、CAT和GPX含量显著升高(P < 0.05), DCF荧光探针检测的ROS水平降低(P < 0.05)。吉尼平对高浓度葡萄糖损伤的RPE细胞有保护作用。
