Therefore, it is necessary to regularly test the disconnector. In recent years, the abnormal rate of disconnector test values is high, which includes a large number of errors, and it results in repeated maintenance and wastes of manpower and material resources. This study analyzes the parts with multiple abnormal rates during the test, determines the main reason for the high abnormal rate, and develops a degree-of-freedom manipulator equipped with high-density superimposed sawtooth.
