摘要

本文简要综述了现有的各种开路开关故障诊断方法,重点介绍了三相电压源逆变器的故障诊断方法。对这15种方法进行了研究和比较。简要介绍了一种新的三相脉宽调制电压源逆变器馈控矢量感应电动机驱动故障实时诊断方法,该方法可同时检测单开关和双开关故障。与现有的方法相比,该方法有获得高效价的趋势。最后进行了MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真,验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。
