无限制的数据包计划和P2P (peer to peer)业务使网络负载不均衡,网络资源枯竭。统计结果显示,3%-5%的用户消耗了约40%的流量,占用了50%的上网时间。P2P业务消耗了大部分的资源,使网络价值降低。本文讨论了中国电信CDMA2000-1x EVDO Rev. A网络的业务特性和用户行为。并给出了不同的服务质量(QoS)和流量管理方案来解决相关问题。同时给出了一些试验结果。
