Multi-regrowth steps for the realization of buried single ridge and μ-stripes quantum cascade lasers
We report on the realization of buried single ridge and μ-stripes quantum cascade lasers using HVPE and MOVPE regrowth steps of semi-insulating InP:Fe and Si doped layers.
