随着当前校园信息化建设的快速发展，本文从事务数据库的数据迁移、公共数据平台的建设、数据仓库的建立三个方面论述了数据治理的情况和阶段。在数据迁移的步骤中，本文探索了基于oracle多租户架构、快速I/O和高可用性的灵活管理的应用路径，依托oracle数据库一体机，实现数据库的高度集中管理平台，为高校教育改革创新带来便利和效益。
