Then the papwer establishes a new energy double-layer consumption model, the upper layer takes the maximum consumption of new energy as the goal, and optimizes the electricity price as the independent variable, and transmits the optimized electricity price result to the lower layer; The lower layer aims at maximizing the profit of EV, and optimizes the number of EVs participating in the response as a variable, and returns the number of electric vehicles to the upper layer, and iterates circularly until the best result is obtained. 摘要
