Pracovná motivácia vo vzťahu k osobnostným črtám jednotlivca

In the article, we focused on the topic of work motivation in relation to the personality traits of an individual. The article is divided into two parts. The first part is the theoretical part, the second part is empirical together with a summary. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical basis of various authors who dealt with the issue of motivation and the concept of personality. In the empirical part, we focused on the research, which we carried out using a questionnaire. We then processed it and analyzed the results. In the end, we summarized the research and tried to suggest possible solutions to the so-called recommendations for practice. URL: https://vsas.fvs.upjs.sk/
