Although the managers and entrepreneurs of today have access to profile information and an elite of specialists to advise them on leadership, few are willing to make the transformation from the native concept of „boss” to the one as an authentic leader. And fewer are those who then internalize in depth the concepts learned in the dedicated coaching programs. We have chosen to oppose this pessimistic reality at the other extreme, that of the humble leader. In counterpart of the paradigm formed by bosses, managers, leaders or di rectors with a function that gives them power.
