Taking Liuzhou city as a demonstration area, aiming at the problems of uneven spatial and temporal distribution of regional water resources, insufficient runoff control capacity, the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resource, this paper uses the data of Liuzhou city for testing. 摘要

本文基于HTML、CSS、JavaScript和Jquery等关键技术,开发了一个水资源优化配置系统。该系统集分区划分、规划级年需水量预测、规划级年供水量预测、供需平衡分析、水资源优化配置等功能于一体,解决了“三条红线”约束下的多水源、多用户、多目标、多变量优化配置问题。本文以柳州市为示范区,针对区域水资源时空分布不均、径流控制能力不足、水资源供需矛盾日益突出等问题,利用柳州市数据进行检验。结果表明,该系统与柳州市2020年和2030年规划相比误差较小,可为流域水资源多目标调控提供决策依据。
