Based on small process area of image and Nearest Near Peak (NNP), the lane-marking detection and tracking process can extract lane-marking pattern fast. Further, the dynamic vanishing point is employed to fine-tuning both of sides for lane-marking results. Finally, the departure alarm is active when the vehicle departs from its lane.
