在碱性条件(KOH)下合成了2′-羟基卡酮的2-(3,4,5-二甲氧基苯基)-3-羟基-4-铬-4-on)衍生物黄酮醇。通过紫外、红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等光谱数据对化合物的结构进行了表征。DPPH法测定其抗氧化活性,MTS法测定其抗癌活性,结果表明黄酮醇2′-羟卡酮衍生物具有抗氧化和抗癌活性,IC50值<1000µg / mL。
