Through operating system and properly configuring DCOM components, this paper builds data communications platform which is a network of interconnected, stable operation, easy maintenance and security reliable. Energy measurement acquisition system is the basic business management analysis of data based on energy consumption. This paper uses OPC technology, successfully resolved between enterprises of different energy measurement equipment, data communication problems.
