Digital economy and green innovation levels are closely related to high-quality economic development. Therefore, this article first builds an evaluation index system for the digital economy and green innovation, and then uses the improved distance synergy model to measure and study the synergetic development degree of the digital economy and green innovation in 30 regions of China between 2013 and 2017. The findings suggest that the synergetic development degree of China’s digital economy and green innovation is high in the east and low in the west, but the east-west gap is currently narrowing year by year. 摘要

高质量发展是“十四五”期间中国经济社会发展的主题。数字经济和绿色创新水平与经济高质量发展密切相关。评价数字经济与绿色创新发展的协同性,是促进社会系统协同发展的前提、指导和路径。因此,本文首先构建数字经济与绿色创新的评价指标体系,然后运用改进的距离协同模型对2013 - 2017年中国30个地区数字经济与绿色创新的协同发展程度进行测度和研究。研究结果表明,中国数字经济与绿色创新的协同发展程度东高西低,但目前东西差距正在逐年缩小。本文为中国政府及有关部门制定产业发展政策提供了指导。
