Per-unit value of direct-current (DC) component in each phase current is calculated based on DC components of all phase current and excitation current, which are acquired with moving average filter (MAF), and the per-unit values calculated above are taken as characteristic values indicating short-circuit (SC) faults of main power switches. All faults are diagnosed and located by comparing characteristic value of each phase and judging their states. 摘要

功率变换器作为开关磁阻发电机(SRG)的关键元件,与其他元件相比是一个相对薄弱的部分。针对SRG中传统的非对称半桥(AHB)变换器,在理论分析和仿真的基础上,提出了一种主要功率开关(如mosfet)短路故障的诊断方法。通过移动平均滤波器(MAF)获取各相电流和励磁电流的直流分量,计算出各相电流中直流分量的单位值,并将计算出的单位值作为主电源开关短路故障的特征值。通过比较各相位的特征值,判断故障的状态,对故障进行诊断和定位。实验结果验证了该方法的有效性和快速性。
