After the administration of sonically disintegrate leukocyte antigen healthy newborns were dropped. Living human leukocytes administered before the age of 2 day to mice treated in this way, produced no GVH reaction ascertainable with loss of weight but a considerable number of deaths occurred in comparison to the control.
