It may occur during the natural course of disease or treatment as part of type 1 reaction or rarely may be the presenting complaint. Tenosynovitis is an infrequent presentation of Hansen's disease. It may occur during the natural course of disease or treatment as part of type 1 reaction or rarely may be the presenting complaint.
