Novice and expert reviewers had moderate to good correlation among evaluations (0.51 < ICC < 0.88).</p><p><strong>Discussion: </strong>The modified NOTECHS scales can be utilized by novices to evaluate simulation performance. Novice assessment correlates with expert review.
