摘要

目的:本研究通过为期8周的试验,评估在尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)的饲料中添加纳米绿藻的潜在作用。方法:采用添加水平分别为0%[对照]、5% [N5]和10% [N1]的3个重复饲料,对黄颡鱼进行添加试验。试验结束后,对鱼体健康综合指标进行评价。结果:N10添加饲料对鱼的体重有刺激作用,N10组鱼的最终体重和特定生长率均显著高于对照组。与对照组相比,N5和N10的饲料转化率更高。与N10和对照组相比,N5组的脏体指标显著升高。与N5和对照组相比,N10组血清溶菌酶活性显著提高。与对照组和N5组相比,N10组的IgM水平显著高于对照组和N5组,后者之间无显著差异。淀粉酶活性在N10处理下显著高于N5处理。两种水平的青霉都能保持肝脏健康和抗氧化状态。光镜和透射电镜显示,两种水平的罗非鱼饲料均能增强肠道免疫力、完整性和吸收效率。对嗜水气单胞菌的保护作用得到了证实,N5和N10组的累积死亡率显著低于对照,且N10组的累积死亡率高于对照。结论:本工作证实了在尼罗罗非鱼均衡饲料中添加青叶罗非鱼的不同有益作用。
