[Lichenoid drug eruption with unfavorable evolution. Difficulties in diagnosis].

We report the case of a woman who started with a lichenoid eruption, unfavorable evolution, for which a drug reaction was suspected. The final diagnosis was paraneoplastic pemphigus.
