摘要

目的:报告一例视网膜和视网膜色素上皮合并错构瘤(CHRRPE)的特殊光学相干断层扫描(OCT)表现。方法:病例报告。结果:一名7岁女童，自幼有左眼视力下降史，临床及临床旁表现为视网膜前膜色素沉着，有利于CHRRPE。在OCT图像中，发现视网膜缺损区域，并且视网膜在缺损附近加倍(双视网膜征)。结论:仔细检查CHRRPE患者的OCT图像可以发现新的发现。
