An L-step dependent model is constructed and an online algorithm is designed for the model in order to minimize the Kullback measure. The algorithm is analyzed to show that it converges weakly to global optimum of Kullback measure for that model. The system is composed of two time-sequenced recurrent filters working in parallel. At the output the differential signal component related to the exercise with improved signal to noise ratio is obtained. One approach to solve this problem is to add an invisible image to an image that can be used to provide solid proof of ownership. These invisible images or signatures are known as digital watermarks. In this paper, we describe two techniques for watermarking. A discrete cosine transform algorithm is performed to implement the middle-band embedding for an original image. A differential pulse code modulation method is used to permute a watermark image. This paper describes the system architecture of the implemented video on demand system, and proposes the efficient structure for users to provide an easy Internet access method. Also, by a navigating service menu with a Web browser, the user can interact with the service provider more easily. Especially, in a compact set of R/sup n/, standard feedforward neural networks with as few as a single hidden layer and arbitrary bounded nonlinear (continuous or noncontinuous) activation functions can uniformly approximate arbitrary continuous mappings with any precision. These results also hold for multi-hidden layer standard feedforward neural networks. It uses a smoothed difference function found by applying a smoothing kernel to the difference between the empirical characteristic function and the characteristic function under H/sub 0/. After an investigation into the choice of test statistics, an omnibus test is proposed that is powerful against a wide range of alternatives. Different test statistics are proposed to increase power against symmetric and/or asymmetric alternatives. It presents a novel mechanism that measures the exact receiver capabilities in order to improve the rate based flow control algorithm. Unlike standard protocols like TCP/IP with their credit based flow control, the new protocol, dynamic speed transfer protocol (DSTP), uses this special rate based scheme. At a strong reverberation case, multiple peaks are chosen from the GCC function and the peak with the best symmetry measure is determined as the time delay estimate.
