To correct the beating signal resulting from the THz source and one comb line of the rectified optical comb for fluctuations of the laser repetition rate, a simple and flexible algorithm is used. By this, we achieve an accuracy of the measurement setup as high as 9·10−14 for a 100 GHz test source. This is an improvement of two orders of magnitude compared to previously reported precision measurements in this frequency range employing femtosecond lasers.","PeriodicalId":6353,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter, and Terahertz Waves","volume":"89 1","pages":"1-2"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76438826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
