Tourism development not only has an impact on the progress of tourism and its income but also has an impact on the State and surrounding communities so that the right strategy is important for tourism actors to be developed properly. This study seeks to find out and analyze related to the strategy of developing stone paragliding tourism objects and their impact on the local community so that for this the research used is a qualitative type with a descriptive analysis approach. The results obtained that the strategy used by paragliding tourism managers are three things which include: the development of tourism objects, promotion of tourism both offline and offline and involving the tourist community, and tourism business development involving businesses around paragliding tourism and the involvement of the local government, namely Batu City. The development of human resources program covers several aspects of its expansion, including the goals, participants, the program, types, and methods used. In its operational management system, the sharia hotel is said to differ from the conventional one. As for the sharia hotel, it is a business of accommodation hotels that provide food and drink and lodging by applying sharia principles and not selecting them. The study uses fieldwork using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research data collection method is direct observation, interview, angket and documentation at the suria city bandung sharia hotel. Based on research, the implementation of the human resource development program at Hotel Syariah Suria City was attended by all employees and was carried out both formally and informally. The methods applied in the program are training methods and educational methods which include several types of training. Then in the analysis of assessing the success of the development program, Hotel Syariah Suria City Bandung measures this by monitoring changes in work and personality as well as employee behavior before and after the program. Meanwhile, in an effort to overcome obstacles such as participants and time, Hotel Syariah Suria City Bandung provides training according to the method of acceptance, and the understanding of employees. The method used is quantitative with an Ex Post Facto approach. The population in this study was 409 students at the TITL concentration vocational school in the city of Serang, and the sample used was 202 students, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research are (1) there is a negative and significant influence of the learning environment (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) of 3.9%, (2) there is a negative and significant influence of learning motivation (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) of 10, 3%, (3) there is a negative and significant influence of learning independence (X3) on learning outcomes (Y) of 3.9%, (4) there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the learning environment (X1) and learning motivation (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) is 27.2%, (5) there is a simultaneous and significant influence of learning motivation (X2) and learning independence (X3) on learning outcomes (Y) of 10.8%, (6) there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the learning environment (X1) and learning independence (X3) on learning outcomes (Y) of 10.6%, (7) there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the learning environment (X1), learning motivation (X2) and learning independence (X3) on learning outcomes ( Y) of 28.8%. If the community has carried out community empowerment, then they will not only become beneficiaries, but will also become an active part in the development process. Violence against women and children is an unavoidable incident in big cities like Surabaya. However, this does not mean that the Surabaya City Government is not doing anything to overcome this problem. The Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) is one of the platforms and facilities offered by the Surabaya City government to its citizens. The research conducted by the author used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This method is used to describe and explain precisely the problems that occur. The data obtained in writing this article is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The concept of empowerment is closely related to two concepts, namely the concept of power and the concept of disadvantage or inequality. Community empowerment is also the process of providing resources, knowledge and skills to the community so that they are able to determine their own choices and future. The definition of community empowerment by Jim Ife is explained using four perspectives, namely: pluralist, elitist, structuralist and post-structuralist perspectives. through this PUSPAGA program with assistance from the parties concerned to carry out educational outreach in community activities to take part in PUSPAGA activities. Using a Semiotic approach in descriptive qualitative research methodology, the analysis of Kejei dance reveals that each element of the dance, such as movements, costumes, and music, holds profound symbolic meaning, showcasing the social, cultural, and aesthetic values of the Binduriang community. The research findings affirm that Kejei dance is not merely entertainment, but also serves as a means of preserving cultural heritage and traditions, as well as a strong cultural identity for the local community, with significant implications for regional cultural development. The representation of Kejei dance also plays a vital role in preserving the cultural heritage and traditions of the Binduriang community. Through this dance, younger generations can learn and respect the culture and traditions passed down by their ancestors for generations. This study used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test difference test with a total sample of 4 companies. The research method used is quantitative descriptive comparative type with secondary data. Data selection using purposive sampling and processed using IBM SPSS software version 20.0. The results of this study show that there is a difference in the decision of buy signals and sell signals before and after using MACD technical analysis and there is no difference in the decision of buy signals and sell signals before and after using SO technical analysis. So the implication is that MACD is not accurate, while SO is accurate used in buying signals and selling stock signals.
