At the time of conducting such activities at PT.SIER there was an interesting phenomenon to be studied related to the use of tok tok in attracting new potential customers on the rental of sports fields. This strategy is rarely implemented by the estate industry, so it's gonna be something new. It aims to see the future marketing strategies that PT.SIER can carry out to assess market opportunities and maintain its consumer loyalty. This research carries out a qualitative descriptive approach with inductive analysis. The research was carried out during the author's internship for about one semester. The results of this study give an idea that the strategy implemented by the marketing division of PT.SIER through social media is effective and successful. The increased interaction of each content and also the data number of customers experienced a rather significant improvement. Besides, the content from Tiktok is able to create a new branding for the formerly known expensive sports fields and there is no option to be a sports field rental that can fit the budget of the prospective tenant. Thus, the implementation of this strategy can also be one of the bridges PT.SIER communicates directly with customers or surroundings through the comment column. So in later days there will be evaluations related to services that can increase customer loyalty. The work created is IRD batik with the KeUlamaan motif of the Taleus Girimis Leaf series which has contributed to the innovation and development of various batik motifs in Indonesia. It is hoped that various developments of this batik motif into various new products and their derivatives can be used as a basis for making new products, one of which is as an educational medium. There are four stages in the method of creating works of art and inventions from an Islamic perspective, namely experimentation, contemplation, embodiment, and purity of heart. From this method the author will develop Islamic batik motifs into new products that contain Islamic religious education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and creator theory with an attempt to describe the reconstruction of the value of Islamic Religious Education in batik motifs. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation, and was analyzed descriptively. The authors found this in the reconstruction of Islamic Education values which can be applied to a batik motif. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using primary data sources obtained directly from the field, observations and interviews as well as documentation data. The research location is at BASARNAS Gorontalo JL. Pangeran Hidayat II, Pulubala, Kota Tengah. The results of the research conducted show that the Analysis of the Design of the Employee Financial Information System at BASARNAS Gorontalo has been carried out in accordance with the applicable Minister of Finance Regulations (PMK). And also the system that is running is in accordance with the established Financial Reporting Agency Standards. There are many aspects that are considered capable of influencing company value, some of which are Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and company size. This study seeks to explain how these aspects interact to influence company value. The research method used is quantitative by utilizing the annual reports of energy sector companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and a sample of 16 companies was obtained. The data in this study was analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study analysis prove that ESG and ROA disclosures are able to influence company value with a positive and significant influence, then ROE has not affected the value of a company. Apart from that, company size is unable to provide a moderating effect on the interaction between ESG disclosure, ROA or ROE with company value. However, the lack of parental guidance in accessing education poses a challenge that needs to be addressed. Ruang Belajar Aqil, as a local education initiative, emerges as the optimal solution to enhance self-capacity through learning assistance and community empowerment. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, aiming to understand and analyze the process of community empowerment through programs and institutional strengthening services provided by Ruang Belajar Aqil in Kampung Cerdas Ceria (KCC) Galeri Kreatif. Empowerment indicators are delineated through stages of activities, namely the Location Selection Stage, Community Empowerment Socialization Stage, Community Empowerment Stage, and Community Self-Reliance Stage, in accordance with the theoretical concept of community empowerment. Surabaya City has been a pioneer in the implementation of e-government since 2002. With the issuance of Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 5 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for the Utilization of Information and Communication Technology in the Implementation of Local Government, the Surabaya Transportation Agency created a system aimed at improving security, reducing congestion, and monitoring traffic by establishing the Surabaya Intelligent Transport System (SITS). The researcher conducted a study on SITS due to the persisting traffic congestion in Surabaya, and the objective of this research is to describe the effectiveness of traffic monitoring through the Surabaya Intelligent Transport System (SITS) in Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the effectiveness theory according to Campbell J. P, which has 5 indicators: program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels, and overall goal achievement. The results of this research show that the implementation of SITS in the production indicators is quite optimal, the efficiency indicators of SITS are efficient in alleviating congestion, the satisfaction indicators of SITS meet the criteria, the adaptation indicators are quite good but lack socialization, the development indicators are quite good and aided by the existence of the application. In this era of digitalization, many human tasks can be completed in a short time. Like Islamic preaching, Islam as Rahmatan Lil Alamin's religion must of course be adaptive and inclusive in facing the forces of globalization. The Tiktok application is one of several new media being produced, taken for granted by Indonesian society, and has both beneficial and detrimental impacts. The millennial generation, which is prone to anxiety about the uniformity of modernization, is starting to feel the negative impact of Tiktok, a new media platform that provides entertainment, education and information. Ustad Syukri Albani, one of the preachers, added further meaning to this application. This research examines how preacher Ustad Syukri Albani formulates his preaching strategy on social media Tiktok and how he uses da'wah rhetoric as the main means of conveying his preaching there. This is achieved by combining content analysis studies with qualitative research methodology. The data for this study were obtained from the Annual Financial Reports published by Telecommunication Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2021. A total of 72 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021 were sampled using this technique. Applying analytical methods, such as logistic regression approach in statistical testing, the research findings indicate that the combined effect of leverage, liquidity, and institutional ownership on financial distress is 42.8%. Institutional ownership influences Financial Distress to some extent. Financial Distress is not affected by the Liquidity variable. There is no impact of leverage on financial distress.
