In order to further promote the development of ecological agriculture in Shaanxi Province, this article focuses on the current situation of regional ecological agriculture development in Shaanxi Province, analyzes the problems existing in the development of regional ecological agriculture in Shaanxi Province, and conducts in-depth analysis from three levels: resource allocation, government supervision, and technological development. It explores the path of sustainable development of ecological agriculture and proposes effective measures to promote the healthy, harmonious, and sustainable development of ecological economy in Shaanxi Province. This study explores the evolution of FinTech, its impact on traditional banking, and its potential to bridge the financing gap faced by SMEs. Through an analysis of current financing challenges and the application of FinTech solutions, this paper highlights how digital platforms, alternative credit scoring models, and novel funding mechanisms are revolutionizing SME financing. Then, the financial market fluctuated and the currency, stock and bond markets were disturbed. Firstly, the research summarizes the development background of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and then reveals the application and effect of different management concepts and methods in practice through the comparative analysis of cooperation modes between Chinese and foreign universities. It is found that although international cooperation has obvious advantages in resource sharing and education quality improvement, it also faces challenges such as cultural differences and inconsistent management systems. This study discusses in detail the specific practices of several Chinese-foreign cooperative universities by case analysis, including management structure, teaching methods and quality assurance mechanism.
