Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 179 employees across various manufacturing firms in Indonesia. The results reveal significant positive relationships between organizational culture, employee training, internal communication, and employee retention. A strong organizational culture, effective training programs, and transparent communication channels were found to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and commitment, ultimately reducing turnover rates. Practical implications suggest that manufacturing firms in Indonesia should focus on fostering a positive culture, investing in training and development, and improving communication to retain talent effectively. This study employs a quantitative methodology to incorporate these constructs into a comprehensive model by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The study surveyed 243 educators using a stratified random sample, which yielded valuable information regarding demographic characteristics, patterns of technology usage, and the intricate interrelationships among the variables identified. The robust validity and reliability of the measurement model validated the efficacy of the chosen indicators. Significant positive correlations were identified through path analysis among student engagement, school capacity, teacher performance, and technology effectiveness. By drawing inspiration from the Integrated Educational Technology Ecosystem theory, this model enhances the theoretical comprehension of technology integration specifically within the domain of secondary schools in Indonesia. A varied sample of 250 participants' data was evaluated for the study using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results highlight the complex interactions between these factors and the two ways that income disparity affects housing quality and social cohesiveness. In terms of social cohesion, environmental sustainability, and housing circumstances, urban infrastructure appears as a pivotal factor. High-quality housing and social cohesion are strongly correlated with access to education. The resilience of the environment is threatened by unchecked population expansion, though. Validation of the SEM-PLS model is confirmed by the study's model fit indices. There are many emerged companies that offer application-based transportation service, one of them is PT. Go-Jek Indonesia. However, there are only few researches that examine factors that might influence companies to design suitable and user-friendly application-based transportation service. This study aims to determine the influence of the characteristics of product innovation on intention to adopt app-based ojek service (Go-Jek) in which consumer demographic characteristics variable is used as moderators. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with a sample size of 280 respondents. This research used multiple regression analysis on millennial, non-millennial, and combined generations, and conducted moderate regression analysis of characteristics of an innovation (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability). The result shows that relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, observability in the millennial generation have positive and significant effect on intention to adopt, whereas complexity variable has no significant effect. It was found that variables of relative advantage, trialability, and observability in the non-millennial generation have positive and significant effect, whereas complexity variable has negative effect on intention to adopt. On the other hand, the result proves that compatibility variable has no significant effect. The background to this research is driven by the complexity and diversity of regional head election systems implemented in various countries, as well as their impact on global state governance which is increasingly connected and interdependent. The main objective of this research is to understand the differences and similarities in these systems, identify the factors that influence the choice of the regional head election system, and explore the implications for global constitutional law issues. The research methods used involve literature analysis, comparative studies, and a review of various regional head election models, both based on direct elections and representative systems. The research results show that the direct regional head election system has the potential to increase public participation and accountability, by focusing on democratic principles. However, its implementation can also pose challenges, such as fragile political stability and the protection of minority rights which is often a concern. This research concludes that a deeper understanding of the direct regional head election system and its implications for global state governance is very important in efforts to build global statecraft law that is more inclusive and sustainable.
