The policy of rural revitalization has become the most robust support for rural development, and digital village construction is also an essential part of rural revitalization. Exhibition halls serve as important carriers for regional cultural and spiritual heritage.[1] This design takes \"peony\" as its theme, focusing on a \"people-oriented\" approach, combining emotional design with modern technologies, and using a digital exhibition hall as a medium for a brand-new, technology-driven, and emotionally engaging exhibition space. This design aims to enhance the interactive experience between people and the space, foster coordinated urban-rural development, facilitate increased urban-rural exchanges, and enable visitors to share modern cities' political, economic, cultural, and ideological aspects with rural communities. This enables farmers to embrace new ideas and customs, thereby improving their overall quality of life. At the same time, it explores, protects, and inherits the traditional culture of Dongjiagou Village, thus promoting the development of rural culture and fostering a fresh, civilized rural social atmosphere. Through this updated design, visitors can not only experience the importance of building an ecologically sustainable and beautiful rural area in Dongjiagou Village but also immerse themselves in the slow-paced rural lifestyle and appreciate the sense of achievement and happiness brought about by rural revitalization. Establishing an ethic of responsibility for artificial intelligence and implementing moral responsibility is the key to addressing the issue of vulnerability in ethical dilemmas. From the three dimensions of personal responsibility, others' responsibility and social responsibility, the ethical issues of artificial intelligence are constrained and standardized, and the ethical concept of artificial intelligence moral responsibility covering the whole process from top to bottom is constructed. The country attaches great importance to the employment of college graduates. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward the overall requirement of \"implementing the strategy of prioritizing education development and actively doing a good job in the employment of college graduates\". Increasing the intensity of employment informatization is an effective means to promote employment. This article follows the software development lifecycle method to complete the research and design of the platform. The platform is divided into three major functional modules: personal job search, enterprise recruitment, and backend management. It mainly realizes the registration and login of two different types of user roles, the editing and delivery of resumes by job seekers online. The platform realizes intelligent recommendation and position retrieval based on job seeker search and collection records, as well as recruitment information management, enterprise management, and user review functions. The implementation of the platform meets the current job hunting needs of graduates, overcomes the time and space limitations of traditional offline job fairs, and uses recommendation algorithms to bring more accurate and effective recruitment information to job seekers. However, the rapid development of big data applications has also brought about new challenges for information network security in higher education institutions. Based on a thorough analysis of the impact of big data applications on information network security in colleges and universities, this thesis comprehensively examines common information network security issues in the context of higher education's big data environment, such as sensitive data leaks and privacy concerns, network attacks and malicious behaviors, data sharing platform security issues, and human operational errors. Against this backdrop, this paper proposes a series of effective information network security strategies, including comprehensive network security awareness education and training, establishment of a robust security system, reinforcement of access control and permission management, as well as the establishment of an emergency response mechanism. These strategies aim to assist higher education institutions in ensuring information network security in the era of big data, and to promote the sustainable development of higher education.
