To ensure consistent productivity, maintaining supplier interest is crucial due to limited raw material availability. Our findings reveal that expediting unloading processes significantly improves supplier satisfaction beyond pricing alone. Through quantitative analysis using a multi-channel single-phase queuing model, we demonstrate that adding one additional unloading team reduces truck waiting times from 33 to 17 minutes. The method used is job safety analysis (JSA) and suggestions for the complete use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers in accordance with production equipment to reduce the risk of work accidents. The results show that being hit by a spark during the welding process has a failure mode severity level value, and being exposed to a gram when lathe has the highest value of failure mode occurrence and effect analysis. The failure mode detection and effect analysis value is the lowest due to limited PPE. However, the ATS system still has some shortcomings that need to be addressed to avoid potential impacts. The functional test in the final process showed that the tool could work well and provide information in measuring fuel pressure from the fuel pump. Our findings reveal that diesel pumps offer significant advantages such as uninterrupted operation during power failures, elevated water pressures, lower maintenance costs due to more accessible spare parts, and enhanced overall building safety and resilience against fires.
