Suppliers are individual entities or companies that provide or sell raw materials to other entities, be they individuals or companies, to be processed into goods or services that are ready for use. As business partners, suppliers have a very significant role in ensuring the availability of supplies of goods required by the company. Therefore, PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG.Kremboong) needs to carry out careful and accurate observations of suppliers to ensure effective cooperation. The aim of this research is to evaluate suppliers based on the company's criteria, including quality, price, quantity of raw material supply and plantation area. In the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, each criterion in the alternative assessment factors will be compared with each other, then produce a priority value output. This process forms an assessment system for each supplier. Through the calculation process using the AHP method with the help of the Expert Choice 11 application, weight values were obtained for each criterion, namely Quality with a weight of 0.565, Price with a weight of 0.257, Quantity of Raw Material Supply with a weight of 0.095 and Garden area with a weight of 0.083. Meanwhile, the best supplier is farmer 5 with a weight of 0.293, farmer 4 with a weight of 0.227, farmer 1 with a weight of 0.173, farmer 3 with a weight of 0.164, and farmer 2 with a weight of 0.143. \u0000Highlights: \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Comprehensive Evaluation: AHP allows PT. In serving customers, especially those in the Medium Voltage (MV) category, good protective equipment is needed. However, conventional protective equipment often tends to be large, requires ample land space, and installation is time-consuming. This research covers variables such as contact resistance measurement, PMT (Power Circuit Breaker) synchronism testing, and insulation resistance measurement. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, the results of maintenance on the 20 kV PMT at PMCB KPI P. Sidomulyo, Buduran Subdistrict, revealed that the contact resistance measurement values for phases R, S, and T were below 100 µΩ, indicating good contact resistance. PMT synchronism testing produced time difference values that were within the permissible standard limits. The time difference when opening (open) was 0.7 ms, while when closing (close), it was 1.05 ms. Insulation resistance measurements showed values that met the standards, which were above 20 MΩ. Based on the research results, PMCB KPI P. Sidomulyo, Buduran Subdistrict, can still be considered suitable for use. With good protective equipment and measurements that meet the standards, the use of 20 kV PMT can remain efficient and safe for consumers. \u0000Highlights: \u0000 \u0000Rising Electricity Demand: PT PLN (Persero) faces increasing electricity needs. \u0000Advanced Protection Solutions: Innovative equipment addresses conventional limitations. \u0000Research Insights: Findings ensure safety and reliability in medium voltage systems. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Contact Resistance, Insulation Resistance, PMCB, Synchronism Testing

Companies are required to increase productivity to meet domestic and international market demand. The role of machine performance is very vital in the production process, therefore the machine must always be in optimal condition. The high downtime caused by frequent breakdowns of production machines has a big impact on the productivity that the company wants to achieve. This activity aims to measure the effectiveness of the machines used at PT. Surya Pratista Hutama and measuring the efficiency of production machines and equipment. Each company can find out the performance of the machines used by calculating the level of equipment performance using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method. The method used to measure TPM performance is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The use of this method is intended to provide equipment performance results as well as accurate calculations to determine the performance of the machine used. The results of this activity show that the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value still has an effectiveness level below standard.
