It is noted that threats can be indirect in nature. Depending on the source of occurrence, they are divided intoobjective and subjective. Objective ones arise without the participation and without the will of the enterprise or its employees and do not depend on the management decisions made. At this stage of the research, economic and mathematical expert methods should be applied, which will allow to find out the most influential factors at a qualitative level. The second level concerns the determination of the quantitative assessment of threats to economic security. Appropriate evaluation should be carried out on the basis of multifactorial economic and mathematical modeling. Such a synthesis of qualitative and quantitative assessment of the economic security of the enterprise will allow, based on a systematic approach, to ensure the complexity of the study. Identification of threats involves the application of appropriate management. One of the main indicators of the effectiveness of management of the enterprise's economic security system is sustainability. It is noted that if the parameters of a complex system change within certain limits, the system is able to adapt. If the change exceeds the possibilities of its adaptive development, the stability of the system is lost. The adaptability of the enterprise's economic security system is not only its internal property, but also depends on the nature of disturbances in the external environment. Features of the management tasks of the enterprise's economic security system are highlighted, namely, as large-scale, weakly structured, weakly formalized, with high uncertainty both in the formulation and in the choice of initial data, criteria and the purpose of the decision; multi-linkage of system components and processes of its vital activity. In critical situations of violation of the management stability of the enterprise's economic security system, the principle of adaptation is applied. In case of crises (mild loss of stability), the situation may still lead to the collapse of the system for some time, but its functioning becomes extremely complicated. The theoretical foundations and the process of forming logistics systems of modern advertising campaigns in terms of expanding the concept of a logistics system, systematizing the hierarchy of subsystems of the logistics system of an advertising campaign have been studied. Special attention is paid to researching concepts and approaches to working with various types of information within the logistics system of an advertising campaign. It was established that in the conditions of digital transformation, an effective advertising campaign should be ensured by the implementation and use of various information systems and tools. Considering the military aggression against Ukraine and the assistance of neighboring states, such monitoring of statistical data is useful and can serve as a basis for further forecasts regarding the development of the higher education system in Europe. Although in the modern conditions of the multi-system crisis in Ukraine, any forecasting is a rather difficult. The main trends regarding the number of higher education institutions, the number of students and teachers, as the basic factors determining the effectiveness of the functioning of the higher education system in Ukraine and Poland, have been determined. The budget expenditures and the effectiveness of the functioning of the education sector were analyzed. The following trends were identified in 2020-2021 according to the taps: Poland – increase in the number of students and funding, although not at such a high rate; stable number of personnel. Ukraine – reducing the number of students, employees and funding. The indicated trends and differences are due to economic, socio-demographic factors in each country. While logistics alone may not grant substantial competitive advantages, its strategic alignment with key competencies, continuous improvement, and the application of logistics engineering principles can significantly enhance an enterprise's competitive standing. The article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of logistic engineering and its potential to revolutionize enterprise competitiveness management. The primary hypothesis of this research postulates the conception of logistic governance as the creation of an institutional environment that imparts logistic principles and philosophy to all participants. In doing so, it ensures the selection and generation of superior logistic practices among those available in the market. Choosing these best practices and integrating them with dynamic capabilities promotes competitive growth within an enterprise. The selection of best practices is adjusted within the logistics governance framework, which is proposed to be considered a new theoretical concept. Providing additional hypotheses in connection with management's focus has aided in developing a high-level model for logistical engineering. This model highlights two critical processes: an operation process activated by an event timer and the subsequent logistical engineering process. The result of this sequence is the creation of institutional rules for the logistics system, thus establishing an overarching framework. This enhances the system's efficiency and adaptability amidst varied business situations. The shadow economy is considered as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that exists in any socio-political conditions and poses a threat to the country's national security. The main reasons for the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of the shadow economy as a threat to national security are characterized, in particular, economic (level of tax burden and tax administration; excessive state intervention in the economy; crisis phenomena in the economy and the financial sector), social (low standard of living of the population; high level of unemployment; social differentiation and stratification of society), institutional and legal (imperfection of the institutional environment; imperfection and instability of the legislative framework; insecurity of property rights and incapacity of the judicial system); state (corruption of public services of various power structures; bureaucratic arbitrariness and bribery), political (socio-political instability; improper performance of the state's functions), psychological and ethical. It was established that the determinants of shadowing of the economy are closely related and mutually dependent. It is substantiated that only the state policy of detinization will be effective, which will comprehensively combine the solution of the main problems of the state in terms of economic, social, institutional and legal, state, political, psychological and ethical components of the determinants of the detinization of the economy. Involving adaptive management principles allows for quick response to changing market conditions and rational allocation of expenses across projects and departments. Enterprise involvement in cooperation processes is a separate direction of adaptive potential accumulation that simultaneously expands the strategic controlling area. The aim of the article is to develop theoretical positions, methods, and practical recommendations for forming a cost management system based on the principles, procedures, and tools of strategic controlling. The research hypothesis is based on the necessity to update the cost management system of the enterprise by expanding cost management methods with strategic control tools and implementing cost-level adjustment adapters aligned with the business capabilities and results of strategic enterprise choice. The proposed adaptation mechanism fully complies with the functions and tasks of strategic and operational controlling. The article suggests that the classic approach to cost control can be enhanced by incorporating adaptation and mutual learning loops into the cost management system. It have been proved that strategic controlling should focus on anticipatory adaptation and formulating reference models for consolidated business capabilities within the integrated corporate entity, while operational controlling should regulate the level of costs using budgeting and plan-fact methods based on the capability map. It has been noted that a cost management system based on the principles of strategic control cannot be created independently of the general system of corporate governance, and the organization of strategic control involves coordinating the parameters of strategic choice of a corporate group with the processes of consolidating business capabilities and defining cost adjustment benchmarks. This approach ensures that the parameters of strategic choice will coincide with the parameters of corporate governance of the integrated group, with the main object of management being the value and needs of consumers in the output of the integrated value chain formation. The structure of enterprises integrated corporate association strategic choice about cost formation chains consolidation has been carried out. The logic of using the classifier of deviations causes in the costs level within the strategic controlling system has been determined.
