Enterprise traditional corporative culture refers to the gradual formation of the enterprise in the process of survival and development, which is widely recognized and consciously observed by all employees, with the enterprise's unique cultural connotation, historical and cultural tradition, moral code of conduct, core values, code of conduct and legal norms. This paper deeply studies the importance of corporate culture in modern enterprise management, and makes an in-depth analysis on the methods and approaches of corporate culture creation, aiming at providing certain references for the formation and creation of corporate culture. The article examines the essence and concept of corporate culture, examining it from various points of view, namely economic, managerial, sociological, and psychological, and defines its interpretation, outlines different approaches to its definition, and presents its own interpretation. The specifics of scientific thought in the writings of Chinese scientists have been studied. They investigated the impact of corporate culture on organizational activity and human resource management, where corporate culture is understood primarily as a set of norms, principles and traditions accepted by the organization's management and staff, expressed in values, guiding principles of behavior and actions defined by the organization's staff. It was found that most mechanisms of corporate culture are practically not used in the activities of enterprises and organizations, especially public ones. It has been proven that organizations with a strong corporate culture simultaneously have problems related to its construction and implementation. The factors that determine the need to change corporate culture at enterprises and organizations are formulated, namely, the impact of corporate culture on the performance indicators of enterprises, the quality of personnel management, which determines the need for the existence of an effective corporate culture, and this process of its creation and improvement is purposeful. Despite the large number of publications on the commercialization of innovations, there are no works on the factors that positive influence to commercialization of innovations. The purpose of the work is the systematization of factors that facilitate to commercialization of innovations. Factors affecting the commercialization of innovations are systematized and divided into several groups: cultural (traditional and local knowledge, attitude to innovations, existing trends in society); market (low level of competition in the industry, readiness of the market to accept innovation, availability of analogues / similar products, etc.); socio-economic (low costs, high profitability of innovative activities, etc.); political (state incentives, state support for scientific, technical and innovative development of companies, low level of corruption, etc.); regulatory (changes in legislation, tax or budget systems, patenting of a newly created product, certification, open innovations, etc.); ecosystem factors (availability and access to resources, etc.); partnership (connections with existing external partners; acquisition of new business models, academic start-ups, presence of clusters and \"technological spillovers\", etc.); internal (availability of financial and material resources for commercialization of innovation, level of automation and development of business processes, etc.); marketing (marketing opportunities, effective marketing activities during market promotion, etc.). The reasons that led to the escalation of trade conflicts between the two largest world economies are analyzed. The role of tariffs, sanctions and other trade restrictions, which were introduced by both countries within the framework of the escalation of American-Chinese trade relations, is highlighted. The authors compiled a SWOT analysis of trade relations between the United States and China, which made it possible to determine the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the economies in the context of worsening trade relations. Based on the authors' chronology of the development of trade relations between the United States and China, the stages of the formation and development of international trade relations in the conditions of competition between countries for sales markets, the stages of the emergence and escalation of trade conflicts, and the stages of increasing the scale of the consequences of trade clashes were substantiated. The analysis of the main indicators of international trade between the USA and China in 1999-2022 allowed the authors to draw conclusions about the intensity of the increase in the strength of trade relations during the studied period, and China's membership in the WTO became a catalyst and ensured an «explosion of trade between countries». This jump in imports is partly due to China's leading position in global value chains. An analysis of the impact of trade restrictions on exports and imports of both countries, as well as on global supply chains and world trade in general, has been carried out. The impact of the trade war on commodity prices, GDP growth, and investment activity has been studied. The consequences of the trade war for the USA and China are substantiated, which made it possible to determine the most vulnerable sectors of the economy due to the tension in trade relations. Opportunities and challenges arising as a result of the conflict have been identified. Possible ways of resolving the conflict and its consequences for international trade and the geopolitical situation are analyzed. Therefore, the resolution of the conflict and the search for a compromise are key factors for easing the tension and reducing the negative consequences for the world economy. The main purpose of the research was to determine key aspects and approaches to identifying risks that affect the development and stability of economic potential in trade enterprises. The paper considers various approaches to risk identification, including analysis of situational factors, use of expert methods, scenario analysis and use of mathematical models. The comparative analysis made it possible to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each approach, which contributed to a more accurate determination of the significance of risks in the activities of trade enterprises. An integral approach to determining risk weights is proposed, taking into account both statistical data and factor analysis. The risk weights have been analyzed in detail for various components of the economic potential of a trade enterprise. The developed model allows comparing various aspects of the enterprise and their relationship with risks. This approach makes it possible not only to determine the current state but also to develop strategic directions for future development. Based on the results of the analysis, a system for classifying the economic potential of an enterprise depending on the economic potential index was developed. This system allows assessing the sustainability and capabilities of an enterprise in the face of existing risks. The classification reflects the level of readiness of enterprise for changes, increasing the efficiency of management of its economic potential. The conclusion of the article is that a detailed identification of risks is an integral part of the effective management of the economic potential of a trade enterprise. Recent advances in natural language processing and recognition, machine learning platforms and AI-optimized hardware, as well as free access to these technologies, have created an urgent need to implement them in business to ensure high results in financial and economic activities. The study presents the prerequisites that formed the basis for the formation and development of a new era of AI automation. The scientific achievements and conclusions of international companies regarding the role of artificial intelligence in the global economy are analyzed, and the trends in its use by organizations at different levels of management are revealed. The authors characterize the methods of automation of various types of work at an enterprise with the use of the technologies under study and the impact of the process on employment and wages. It is found that today the greatest impact is the recovery effect, based on which conclusions are drawn about the need for synergy of human and machine labor, rather than their separate functioning. The reasons for the attractiveness of AI automation for business are identified, and examples of their effective implementation are given. There are revealed advantages of the increasing use of technology in business: cost savings, increased revenue, increased productivity and competitiveness of companies, creativity and personalization, limiting the influence of the human factor on work results. The article highlights the threats of large-scale introduction of AI into business activities for employees, which include excessive control over them by employers, violation of the principles of information confidentiality, complexity and imperfection of the system, constant updating of requirements for advanced training, and the necessity to train employees to interact with intelligence. These threats can lead to employee dismissals, loss of motivation, and aggravation of social inequality and social justice issues, which will generally create a negative attitude toward the company. Based on the analysis of data sets on professions with a high risk of AI automation in various industries and the projected change in demand for them, the authors reveal a correlation between the level of threat and the complexity of tasks, the creativity involved, and the speed in decisionmaking and implementation. Also, to understand the role of the National Health Service of Ukraine in the implementation of the health care reform, which is currently undergoing the stage of stabilization and deployment. To study the impact of internal transformational processes in the industry on the achievement of global goals set at the macroeconomic level in the field of health care. To achieve the set goals we determined the main methods of calculating indicators of the effectiveness of the health care system. It was calculated their specific weight of influence on the overall result, and developed the main directions of state regulation at the macroeconomic level to maintain existing positions and develop health care reform in the direction of increasing the economic efficiency from the implementation of the reform. Researching the literature sources regarding the assessment of performance indicators in the field of medicine shows that there is no unified approach to the assessment of performance indicators, which, in turn, makes it impossible to evaluate the results in the process of planning and researching the interrelationships of actions at the macroeconomic level and results at the global level for macroeconomics from reforming actions. In the conditions of a shortage of financial resources and the need to fulfill the obligations assumed and not only to maintain the achieved positions, but also to achieve the target results as much as possible in the given conditions of military operations.
