Likewise, the presence and activities of the strategic and tactical military naval units of the aircraft carrier, submarines, and American and British nuclear naval destroyers in the Red Sea. The Gulf of Aden is a breach and violation of international law and agreements regulating freedom of navigation and a blatant assault on Yemeni sovereignty in its vital maritime sphere, as it is located in exclusive Yemeni economic waters, in addition to its nuclear effects in destroying the marine environment and human security. It constitutes a source of danger to food and maritime security, stability, and international peace. The study aims to clarify the influence of Western geopolitical thought and the behavior of American foreign policy in international relations and maritime laws, which is witnessing a major decline and failure in its global policy because it used the policy of American military force to achieve its own political goals and imposed the methodology of Western liberal maritime thought to control and limit the rights of the Yemeni, Arab, and Islamic coastal states. Which contradicts customs, laws, and agreements and affects historical rights and the Yemeni, Arab, and regional maritime domain. The study is expected to confirm the modern Yemeni, Arab, and Islamic hypothesis that the high seas and international maritime waters are within a distance of 200 nautical miles from the baseline and to affirm the right of Yemen and the Arab nation to be protected. The high threat of being affected by COVID-19 causes insomnia, so drugs such as sedatives are required to treat this disorder. Research has been carried out on the sedative activity of infusion of citronella leaves (Cymbopogon nardus (L.) Rendle) in Swiss webster strains of male mice by the traction test method. The study used twenty-five mice randomly divided into five groups. Each group was given different preparations such as negative control given Na CMC 0.5%, the positive control group was given suspension of diazepam and the infusion group of citronella leaves with concentrations of 10% w/v, 30% w/v and 50% w/v as the test groups sequentially. The results showed that citronella leaves infusion had increased sedative activity along with in conjunction with an increment in test concentration. Ecosystem preservation also requires commitment from stakeholders. The policy strategy is the government's task that needs to be analyzed, while the community has strong social capital, as a form of survival in facing opportunities, challenges and threats in the management of marine and fishery resources. This study aims to analyze the policy strategy for empowering fishermen in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. The key theory used is the concept of strategy according to Hunger-Wheelen (2003: 9), through observing the external environment to describe opportunities and threats, then observing the internal environment of the organization to describe strengths and weaknesses known as Strengths, Weaknesses (weaknesses). Opportunities (opportunities), and Threats (threats). The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Through this approach it is intended to be able to take a full picture of various phenomena that aim to describe, summarize various conditions, various situations or various social realities of empowering the fishing community in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. The results of the study show that the policy strategy for empowering fishermen in Teluk Village refers to strengthening the internal and external sources of the Pandeglang Regency Maritime Service organization, including efforts in the field of empowering fishermen by carrying out various fisheries business development programs, carrying out fishermen technical guidance for business groups with fishermen. Furthermore, monitoring and evaluation, as well as carrying out reports. On the other there is still UTP Cat6 with the same bandwidth of 1Gb/s at a cost installation is lower than fiber optic network installation. Data collection on performance is carried out using the Quality of Service (QoS) approach with the parameters measured, namely Delay, Jitter, Packet loss and Throughput using Wireshark software. Performance of fiber optic and UTP Cat6 networks at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya in categorize “Good” according to Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Hormonization Over Network (TIPHON) standards. Test results from optical fiber obtained a delay of 2.58 ms, jitter of 2.38 ms, packet loss of 0.254 and throughput of 805.92 Mbps. Its use is rarely used to support distance learning. In fact, the distance learning process must have the same quality as face-to-face learning. The role of technology and media is one of the keys to success in conveying material to students. This study examines the use of simulator applications in distance learning in terms of its reusability. The simulator application used is Cisco Package Tracer on learning computer networks with modules as the main teaching material used by students. The use of this media aims to understand and practice computer network simulations. By involving 60 participants, a case study regarding usability feasibility was measured by using the USE Questionnaire which consisted of 4 usability dimensions: Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The findings show that the use of simulator applications in distance learning gets good or positive responses in the context of usability. This has encouraged some companies to start implementing the concept of collaboration between companies or commonly called horizontal cooperation. Horizontal cooperation is important because companies need to work together to manage complex supply chains. To manage production in a collaborative supply chain requires designing a cost-effective model. The design of this model is expected to optimise inventory costs to achieve common goals in horizontal cooperation. This model is a form of linear programme consisting of objective function and constraint function. The objective function is to minimise the inventory cost in a four-tier supply chain with horizontal cooperation on post-production final storage at the production level only. The model was tested with 3 suppliers, 3 materials, 3 factories, 4 products, 3 distributors, and 3 consumers. The model with horizontal cooperation resulted in a total inventory cost of 1,349,830. This amount is 8% lower than the total inventory cost without horizontal cooperation. Treatment of schizophrenia aims to prevent hospitalization, ensure the patient's symptoms are stable and independent such as work or school. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for drug interactions in schizophrenia cases based on their mechanism of action and severity. This research method is a descriptive study using data collected retrospectively on prescription drug data sheets in the pharmacy. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study from a total of 133 prescriptions found potential drug interactions in 509 cases. Drug interactions based on the mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics were found in 494 cases and 15 cases of pharmacokinetic . This study aims to predict sales and calculate inventory control to overcome excess stock and increased inventory costs on oil filter spare parts. The forecasting method used is Holt's Double Exponential Smoothing method to determine the number of sales of the four types of oil filter spare parts in the future and overcome the problem of oil filter spare parts inventory using the EOQ and Min-Max methods. This research is a non-experimental type of research that is presented in a quantitative descriptive manner with retrospective data collection. The research sample is the same as the population (total sampling), namely all prescriptions containing off label drugs from an obstetrics and gynecology polyclinic at a private public hospital in Bandung district from May to August 2021. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the use of off label drugs in the indication category based on age, domicile, the type and use of off label drugs. The data obtained from this study were 154 drug users. off label, based on the age range of adolescents 27 (18%), adults 111 (72%), middle 16 (10%), while based on domicile most of the patients came from Baleendah sub-district 37 (24%). The types of drugs used were Mefenamic Acid 38%, Dexamethasone 3%, Metformin 12%, Misoprostol 23%, Nifedipine 8% and Ondansetron 16%. The purpose of this study was to determine the analgesic effect of kangkung and determine the dose of kangkung extract compared to ibuprofen. The benefit of this research is to know the analgesic effect of kangkung extract. The contents of extract kangkung are flavonoids. The research method of this experimental test is divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 5 mice with weight 20-30 grams and age 2-3 months. Group 1 Negative control (Aquadest), group II Positive control (the suspension of ibuprofen), group III, IV, and V respectively were given the ground kangkung extract dose 6 mg/30 g, 12 mg/30 g, 24 mg/30 g. The treatment is administered orally, and for the introduction of the induction using acetic acid 0.5% dose 0.2 ml/20 g mice are intraperitonial. The result of analyzed by Test homogeneity followed by a Variant analyze Test (ANOVA) one way with SPSS for window version 16. The homogenized results of the research of extract kangkung land extract (P = 0.24), a one-way test is obtained significant result 0.00, the dose I, II, III differs significantly with negative and positive control. Conclusion of the ground Kangkung extract has an analytic effect by lowering the amount of stretched.
