The scholars also differed regarding the conditions for permissibility of betting contracts, and the title of this research was named: (The Ruling on Betting in Sports and Educational Competitions).In this research, I referred to the definition of betting, which is: two or more people bet on an amount of money in a competition, and whoever wins takes money, and I have shown its types and forms.I explained the ruling on betting with mosquitoes in sports competitions of all kinds through the sayings of scholars and their evidence, so it became clear to me: that holding betting with mosquitoes in sports competitions that lead to strengthening the body, exercising the body and stretching the body so that the Muslim is ready to face any external danger, it is permissible.We talked about betting in educational competitions and religious discussions through the sayings and evidence of scholars, and it became clear to me: its permissibility, because of the manifestation of religion and its theoretical proofs in return for the construction of religion and the tightening of its governmental authority, which are two sides of the same coin.Then we explained the ruling on betting against the expectations of the results of sports competitions, as is the case today in the bets that are concluded between football fans on the prediction of the results of matches and between the companies sponsoring them. The source of water for river channel income is located in Ranya district, from each of the streams (Harmk, Sherawa, Betwata, Sarwchawa, Kfradol, and Kani Maran) and receives water from a small part of the beginning of Shaqlawa district. The main objective of this study is to identify the environmental characteristics of the study area and draw a specific map for each of them in order to analyze the impact of water resources and settlement on the human settlements in the study area. such as: (geology, altitude, climate, water resources, soil and vegetation cover). In the second part, we analyze the water resources and the impact on human settlements according to (distribution of rural settlements in order of size and stability of human settlements according to springs, rivers, and streams; type of distribution on the basis of nearest neighbour). The culture is that broaden circle that encompasses several fields, one of them is literary folklore, which is within the circle of figurative folklore. The authors of all the nations got benefit of their culture and folklore and made them the element and basis of writing their texts. Kurdish authors in all of the fields and genres of literature have got advantage of that important area (culture and folklore); one of those types of literature is theatre. Kurdish theatre when begins displaying, all the subjects were cultural and folkloric topics. After the emergence of written Kurdish theatrical texts, once again culture and folklore have become the essence and basis of those written theatrical texts. Starting from the first theatrical texts till now, that process continued in various ratio, styles and solutions from era to era. Consequently, we intend to investigate this field and to prove and reveal that the Kurdish theatre used culture and folklore as one of the sources of writing and displaying theatre. The current study has based on some questions that could be seen as the problem of the study which are: Whether Kurdish theatre holds any cultural features? How has the written Kurdish text started and what has it depended upon? Furthermore, it also aimed to investigate the impact of rewards (intrinsic and extrinsic) on employee performance at private universities in Erbil city. For that, the researcher applied simple random sampling to collect data from 221 employes from private universities in Erbil city. The researcher used statistical tools like correlation and regression to analyze the data. To find out the result, the researcher used the statistical software SPSS 21. The findings of the study suggest that intrinsic and extrinsic rewards impact the ability of employees in private universities in the Erbil Kurdistan region to perform better. The results also show that specific recognition and a conducive work environment impact employees' performance in Erbil city's private universities. The current study is limited to the Kurdistan region of Erbil city only. However, Future research can focus on a broader sample size. Future studies can analyze the impact of reward systems in other research contexts or industries, not academics. Future research can also broaden the sample size for more generalizability of the findings. It includes aspects of worship, the promotion of religious-scientific thought, the imposition of religious-social discrimination, and their problems and conflicts with Muslims. The structure of the research is divided into one gateway and two main parts, each consisting of two points. Because our research includes both the Buayhi and Seljuki periods, therefore we have devoted this gateway to a brief discussion of these two forces and the capture of Baghdad. Then the religious situation of non-Muslims is explained. In the first part, which consists of two points, the researcher tries to talk the freedom of worship and the development of religious and scientific thought of non-Muslims in both periods comparatively. That as can be seen they were freed in both periods but the Buayhes treated them better than the Seljuks, who often attacked them. In the second part, which consists of two points, the researcher compares the imposition of discrimination and their problems with Muslims in both periods. Therefore, it can be seen that the discriminatory impositions were less imposed during the Buayhi period, which caused concern among Muslims and eventually attacked them, but during the Seljuki period, discriminatory impositions were more imposed on them. Therefore, the problems decreased because there were fewer excuses for Muslims to attack non-Muslims. After Turkey's disappointment in EU membership, the country turned to the Middle East to participate actively in the new changes in the region. Turkish policy in the Middle East has changed recently in the face of global and regional structural developments as well as changes in the domestic political arena. Changes in US relations with the region, as well as the growing role of Russia, have forced Turkey to perform a difficult balancing act between the two. Turkey, although it does not trust both sides and is aware of sharp differences of interest with them on some issues, has tried to strike a balance in Syria and Libya. In addition, Turkey is in fierce competition with Saudi Arabia and the UAE throughout the region. This paper is an attempt to bridge the gap between English and Kurdish language in sentiment analysis for social media text.  For this purpose, firstly a new Kurdish sentiment analysis dataset was curated and annotated then we tried different combinations of machine learning algorithms including classical machine learning algorithms such as Random Forrest, KNN, SVM, Naive Bayes bias and Decision trees and compared the results to Deep Learning techniques namely ANN, LSTM and CNN. The concept of comprehensive marketing has become in contemporary marketing concepts, and represent the independent variable in holistic marketing with its dimensions (internal marketing, integrated marketing, relationship marketing, performance marketing), while the dependent variable was represented by marketing excellence in its dimensions (customer retention, service quality, marketing creativity, intrinsic capabilities) in telecommunications companies. In order to answer the problem of the study, four main hypotheses are presented for selection, The study is divided into two parts, the first is by addressing the theoretical aspects related to the study variables, while the second represents the field side of the study, which is carried out through a real study of the existence of the influence relationship between the study variables in the studied companies represented by telecommunications and Internet companies (FastLink, Kork, Asiacell) in the city of  Erbil, where the questionnaire was randomly distributed to (380) questionnaires, and then (350 ) forms were returned, After distributing the data, the results were obtained from the answers of the sample members to the questions of the questionnaire, Then they were analyzed using the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) and a set of results were reached, the most important of which were: There is a strong moral correlation between the two variables and their dimensions at the macro and micro levels  And the correlation coefficients were high.
