Aglonema sp. var Red Borju mempunyai daya tarik pada daun yang berwarna hijau tua dan merah muda pada tulang daunnya. Tanaman ini mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi, namun budidayanya masih terbatas. Teknik kultur jaringan dengan penambahan bahan organik merupakan salah satu alternatif perbanyakan tanaman Aglonema sp. untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang semakin meningkat. Dengan teknik kultur jaringan bisa didapatkan bibit tanaman dalam jumlah yang banyak, seragam sehat dan dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Bahan organik yang ditambahkan ke dalam media dapat digunakan sebagai zat pengatur tumbuh alami yang membantu pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan konsentrasi bahan organik bawang merah (Allium cepa) dan taoge (Phaseolus radiatus) terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan eksplan Aglonema sp. Varietas Red Borju secara in vitro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan bahan organik bawang merah lebih berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Aglonema sp. Varietas Red Borju dibanding bahan organik taoge. Konsentrasi terbaik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman diperoleh pada penambahan bahan organik bawang merah 25 g/L yaitu pada penambahan tinggi tanaman 7,4 cm, jumlah tunas 6 tunas, jumlah akar 6,3 akar dan jumlah daun 3 helai. Suryani","doi":"10.30872/bp.v16i1.1221","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30872/bp.v16i1.1221","url":null,"abstract":"The development of information and communication technology demands that learners enhance their critical thinking skills to be able to filter accurate information, thereby achieving truth and a proper understanding of the knowledge around them. This is also expected to help improve students' learning outcomes. The research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research with the aim of determining the relationship between critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in biology, specifically in the digestive system topic for Grade XI. The research subjects used were all Grade XI science students at SMA Negeri 3 Palopo. The determination of the subjects used the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 147 students. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. Data collection in the research utilized two instruments: a critical thinking skills test consisting of 10 essay questions adjusted to the critical thinking skill indicators according to Ennis and a learning outcomes test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions adjusted to the cognitive dimension indicators of Bloom's revised taxonomy according to Anderson & Krathwohl. Data on critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes were analyzed descriptively, and prerequisite tests were conducted using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and simple linearity tests. The relationship between critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes was tested using the product-moment correlation test, and the results obtained indicate a very strong and positive relationship between critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi secara langsung selama satu bulan dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling dimana sampel gajah jinak yang dipilih adalah 6 ekor gajah dewasa dan 6 ekor gajah anak/remaja. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa gajah jinak yang terdapat di PLG memiliki dua sumber pakan utama yaitu pakan alami ketika gajah digembalakan dan pakan drop in setelah gajah digembalakan. Pakan alami diperoleh dengan dilakukan penggembalaan di kawasan PLG TNWK yang terdiri dari beberapa tipe ekosistem yaitu ekosistem padang rumput, ekosistem rawa dan ekosistem hutan sekunder. Pakan drop in dihasilkan dari hasil panen ladang pakan yang ada di PLG TNWK. Pakan tambahan yang diberikan berupa bubur suplemen, sayuran dan buah-buahan seperti tebu, pisang dan nanas.
