Identification of protein-ligand interaction in silico actually reduces the cost of drug discovery. Recently, several methods based on deep learning have gained impressive performance on protein-ligand binding prediction. However, these methods only used a few datasets and thus focused on either classification (protein-ligand bind or not) or regression (protein-ligand binding affinity) task. The robustness and applicability of these models have been limited. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-task model for predicting protein-ligand interaction. Taking sequence data with different types of labels as input, the model can perform classification and regression task simultaneously. The results indicate the multi-task model achieves good performance on both classification and regression tasks after training on heterogeneous databases with different supervised information.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122569871","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, using Extension Describing Function (EDF) to establish small-signal model of the converter and calculating the transfer function of the system to design the PID controller. Then the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to tune PID parameters for the optimization control of the LLC Resonant Converter and verified by simulation, result showed that the system with PID controller has insufficient dynamic response ability and large ripple of the output voltage. So secondly, the Fractional Order PID (FOPID) controller is applied to the converter, using the same method to tune FOPID parameters. Finally, the simulation verified that using FOPID controller the converter has less ripple of the output voltage and it could supply with faster dynamic response, and the response speed might close to 2-4 times comparing with PID controller, so it can be applied to the occasions with large load change rate.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126749651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The identification of sensitive kinematic metrics that best differentiate the impairment level of upper-limb motor function can enhance this assessment. Therefore, this research proposed a method to select sensitive kinematic metrics which can discriminate between stroke patients and healthy subjects. A total of 26 participants (10 healthy subjects and 16 stroke patients) were recruited to perform upper-limb reaching movements. The movement data was measured using Kinect v2. Thirty-two metrics were then extracted. Independent samples T-test, Mann-Whitney U-test and principal component analysis were performed to select sensitive metrics. Experimental results show that the first principal component explained 54.67% of the total variance, and it can distinguish stroke patients from healthy subjects. Meanwhile, loading values of index of curvature and spectral arc-length were 0.895 and 0.831 respectively, which contributed most for the first principal component. Therefore, we concluded that the sensitive metrics were index of curvature and spectral arc-length, which had significant importance to differentiate stroke patients from healthy subjects.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132982194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The algorithm uses K-means clustering algorithm to determine the number of target candidate frames and aspect ratio according to the inherent width and height characteristics of the vehicle. Then, according to the results obtained by clustering, the anchor parameters are reset, which makes the ADE-YOLOV3 network have certain pertinence in vehicle detection. Finally, the migration learning method is used to improve the network structure, and the optimal weight model is obtained, which improves the training precision of the model. The experimental results show that compared with the original YOLOV3 method, the mAP is increased from 91.4% to 95%, the repeated detection rate is reduced from 5.6% to 2.1%, and the detection speed by 50fps. The detection accuracy is improved and the problem of repeated detection is effectively avoided.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121440709","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been widely used in urban planning, ecological monitoring and land management. In this paper, the spatial transformation network(STN) model is used to extract the image features and train to obtain the affine transformation coefficients, so that the image to be registered can be adaptively transformed with reference to the coefficients to achieve the initial registration purpose. In order to obtain a more accurate registration effect, we use the phase correlation algorithm to calculate the phase shift of the frequency domain in the frequency domain caused by the translation of the two image spaces in the initial correction result. Then the relative motion vectors of the two images are obtained, and the entire registration phase is finally completed.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130362826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We consider a general form of the diffusion kernel, which covers both normal and hindered anomalous diffusion in media with complex microstructure as well as its practical correlation-based implementation.
