These changes are directly related to the danger of this disease and the mode of infection. Since SARS-CoV-2 is transmitted from person to person by airborne droplets, it was necessary to introduce restrictive measures aimed at distancing people from each other such as the mandatory wearing of medical masks, the observance of social distance.Purpose. The presented study was aimed at reviewing the current literature on the impact the introduction of restrictive measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection on the psychology of workers as well as to identify the types of emerging psychological disorders.Materials and Methods. The search of the papers published from 2020 to 2021 and indicated in Scopus database was conducted. A total of 1516 papers were identified, 32 articles were selected based on the predetermined eligibility criteria and included in this review.Results. The review found that the greatest impact on mental health was experienced by healthcare workers. The most common symptoms are anxiety, stress and depression. In addition, we managed to find out that most of the articles relevant to the topic of this review were written in China and Italy. According to the results, both during past pandemics and during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, doctors were at increased risk for the psychological impact exerted during the pandemic.Implications. It would be desirable that further studies in the field cover a wider range of human activities as well as more countries. {"title":"대학생 구직준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량의 교육요구도 분석-D대학 중심으로-","authors":"문윤경, Oh Hyeonju, Kim MiKyoung","doi":"10.35273/jec.2019.9.4.006","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35273/jec.2019.9.4.006","url":null,"abstract":"최근의 구직과 관련된 역량연구는 진로선택이나 준비, 직업수행능력, 직업적응 중의 하나의 내용에 만 초점을 맞추고 있어 실제적인 구직상황을 다루는데 한계가 있으며, 인지적 측면을 강조하고 있어 역 량교육의 제한점을 보이고 있다. 이러한 문제의식 하에 본 연구는 효율적인 역량교육의 방향성을 제시 하고자 구직관련 역량을 구직준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량으로 포괄하여 그 중요도와 실행도 의 차이를 분석하고, 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance Performance Analysis)에서 사분면에 위치하는 요 인들의 우선순위를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 D대학교 학생을 대상으로 2018년 6월부터 7월까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 349부를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구방법은 구직준비역량, 직업 기초역량, 직업적응역량의 빈도분석, t-검정, 중요도-실행도 IPA 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대 학생 구직준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량 하위요인에서 성별과 학년에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타 났고, 남학생이 여학생보다, 고학년이 저학년보다 높은 평균값을 보였다. 전공계열별로는 직업기초역량 과 직업적응역량 하위요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났는데, 이공계열이 인문사회계열보다 높은 평균값 을 보였다. 둘째, 구직준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량에 대한 모든 하위요인에서 중요도가 실행 도 보다 유의미하게 높은 평균값을 보였다. 셋째, 구직준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량의 하위 구 성요소의 중요도-실행도 분석 결과, ‘집중노력영역’에 구직준비역량의 구직기술습득, 직업기초역량의 정 보·기술 및 자원 활용능력, 직업적응역량의 자기계발능력이 포함되었다. ‘지속유지영역’에는 직업기초역 량의 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 직업적응역량의 대인관계능력, 조직이해능력이 포함되었다. ‘점진개 선영역’에는 직업기초역량의 수리능력, 직업적응역량의 변화적응이 포함되었고, 구직준비역량의 구직경 력준비는 집중노력영역과 점진개선영역 경계에 나타났다. ‘과잉노력영역’은 구직준비역량의 자기이해 및 구직설계, 구직정보이해, 직업적응역량의 직업윤리 및 태도가 포함되었다. 대학생을 대상으로 구직 준비역량, 직업기초역량, 직업적응역량에 대한 교육요구도 조사는 대학생의 구직관련 역량의 발전과 확 산에 함의를 제공하며, 역량기반의 진로교육에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 의의를 지닌다.","PeriodicalId":440578,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Employment and Career","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126882601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
