A set of modern digital marketing tools is presented, which makes it possible to use them selectively on a fairly narrow segment of the audience, if necessary, to increase the accuracy of segmentation to one person, that is, to carry out personal communication with the consumer. A list of key strategies of the company in the process of using digital marketing tools that helps strengthen customer relationships is proposed. A logical analysis of modern controversial approaches to the disclosure of the economic nature of the key concepts of the topic under study \"effect\" and \"efficiency\", as well as related such important economic attributes as efficiency, economy, quality, profitability, productivity, innovativeness. Concepts, approaches, criteria and methods for assessing the efficiency of enterprise innovation management are revealed. Their advantages and possible field of application in innovative management of domestic enterprises are shown. The need to distinguish between economic, organizational and social efficiency when assessing the management system of an enterprise is determined, and their qualitative characteristics are also given. The prerequisites for the development and implementation of innovative personnel management methods at telecommunications enterprises are outlined. It is noted that qualitative changes in personnel management methods are due to the need for rapid adaptation of enterprises to modern realities. The question of defining the term innovation was considered and it was proposed to expand the classification of innovation for the further development of the personnel management system of telecommunications enterprises in the conditions of the digital economy. It is noted that the sustainable development of telecommunications companies in the conditions of the digital economy depends on the use of an effective personnel management system. It was revealed that the problem of the need to develop innovative methods of personnel management, method selection and its implementation at telecommunications enterprises is promising for study. Our country is represented in international rankings that evaluate the innovative activity and innovative capacity of the countries of the world. The following ratings are the most authoritative: Global Innovation Index, Bloomberg Innovation Index, Global Competitiveness Index, Innovation Union Scoreboard, Global Talent Competitiveness Index (Global Talent Competitiveness Index), Readiness for the Future of Production Assessment. In 2020, according to the Global Innovation Index, Ukraine took 45th place. The state of innovative activity and innovative activity of domestic enterprises and the level of innovativeness of the national economy are considered. The theoretical aspects of innovation and innovative activity and their role in social reproduction are presented. Globalization determinants of the activation of telecommunications enterprises innovative activities are substantiated: improvement of the institutional environment, simplification of the entrepreneurship system and revitalization of innovation processes; introduction of state support programs and implementation of market tools for the implementation of innovative ideas; tax incentives for innovative activities; dissemination of scientific and technical programs involving the integration and cooperation of education, science and business; establishment of partnership collaboration with countries-leaders of innovative development; improving the quality of strategic partnership and cooperation with international organizations in the field of telecommunications; revitalization of public-private partnership in the field of innovative development of enterprises and industries; formation of innovative infrastructure facilities - state, regional and industry innovation funds, industrial parks, business incubators, technology parks; state protection and support of investors of innovative processes. Globalization determinants of innovative activity of telecommunications enterprises predict the growth of their innovative activity and innovative potential of the industry, which will positively affect the innovative progress of the national economy and improve Ukraine's position in international ratings of innovative economic development.","PeriodicalId":438961,"journal":{"name":"Economy.
