The ideal is gaining qualified ability of description for an artist. Thus, he/she can make use all of the means of expression that reflects his/her imagination and sense his/her environment and himself/herself, so the artist can display the exposition techniques operatively. Educational activities that are aiming for healty, emotional, communicational and constructed with up to date understanding of aesthetics are also accepted tools that provide basis for contemporary art activities. As known, there are a renewing and changing understanding of art education in accordance with requirements of the day. There will be a need for a philosophy of art education that is able to reveal artist of the future in every period. According to the fact that reveals the importance of the research, by means of testing the informations and gainings of fine arts students, the improvement level of the students that we expect will expose. There is a need for checking the educational outputs of the espace that is one of the most important compositional elements of visual expression. The main purpose of this study is revealing the former espace information level of fine arts students and their ability of using it. In order to reach this purpose, espace using was experienced, creations were done upon computer with a motivation that supports creative elements. The research was applied and supported in the structure of Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University as a Scientific Researching Project. It was first used as a design trend in games and later as a technique in illustration. It can be said that the digital illustration is regarded as an area produced from the traditional illustration, and the Low Poly technique is reinterpreted as a technique produced from digital media. In the research, illustrations made with Low Poly technique will be examined by means of descriptive analysis. Illustrations and digital illustrations under study under the graphic design are customary to be produced from traditional techniques. The positive effects of this technology on the technology of producing a technique from digital media and reinterpreting it with the techniques of illustration are revealed.","PeriodicalId":436556,"journal":{"name":"SED Journal of Art Education","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122092972","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fact that “OpenCourseWare” is increasing and becoming common relatively more gradually in our country, despite increasing applications around the world, comprises the starting point for this study. The study includes pre-test-post test control group experimental design and the study group involves the senior students at the Graphics Department of Dumlupinar University Faculty of Fine Arts. There are 20 students in the experimental group and 19 students in the control group. 49% of theese students are female and 51% are male. The course materials prepared for the course “Graphic Production Techniques”, which was taught in the fall semester of 2010-2011 academic year have been published over the website prepared by the researcher (www.masaustuyayincilikdersi.com) due to the absence of a website for open course materials of Dumlupınar University. Giorgio de Chirico is defined as the magician or witch of the mysterious dream world and supernatural spaces in art history. Their works, which usually begin with \"Enigma\", are the subject of ambiguity and enigma. Chirico is claimed to be an atheist, but mystical tendencies are seen in his paintings, and the works that atheism is associated with are rarely seen. Spiritual reality and metaphysical discoveries are Chirico's greatest interests. He painted his inner world quests and experiences that could not be expressed in words. The philosophical point of view, while impressed by the philosophy of Nietche and Schopenhauer, was also interested in Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. Chirico appears to have seriously affected Surrealists. The purpose of this work is to examine the thought and artistic structure of Chirico, including the mystical and metaphysical concepts, and the metaphysical artwork that he reveals in his works. In recent years, learning strategies have started to become widespread as an important area because they are a guide for students to form and evaluate their own learning situations. Therefore, the evaluation of piano training within musical instrument education will provide a valuable result. The aim of this study was for students to be aware of their own learning paths within their personal study processes and to be a guide at the point of forming ‘study styles’. To achieve this, technical analysis was made of the work, and as a result of this analysis, the work was separated into 5 technical motifs. The study styles produced by the researcher directed to main theme motif were grouped within the framework of Weinstein/Mayer learning strategies. As a result of the research, ‘study styles’ were presented as an option which could be selected by students in their personal piano practice periods according to their own learning status. These study styles can be applied to every work being studied. Op. 25/ 12 Solo violoncello caprices, which Piatti composed and dedicated to famous violoncello composer and player Bernhard Cosmann in 1865, has a very important role in the violoncello literature. This research, which has been written with the aim of analyzing Paitti’s caprices both for their compositions and informativeness, is thought to be fruitful for students and academicians. These caprices include Detache, Legato, Spiccato, Arpeggiato, Ricochet, Martele, Staccato, Pizzacato and right-hand techniques, which are accepted as advanced techniques in playing violoncello and also they involve left-hand techniques such as thumb position, double stops, and flageolet. Identifying Piatti, who has a great contribution to 19th century violoncello literature and getting to know events, which shaped his music can make us understand his music better. Moreover, knowing about which techniques do the caprices with technical and musical richness include can enable us playing them.","PeriodicalId":436556,"journal":{"name":"SED Journal of Art Education","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127091565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, in this study, the pattern-oriented design process which is shaped by adopting the approach of nature inspiration in landscape architecture education is examined. The natural components form a composition in themselves, and these compositions consist of patterns. Analysis and understanding of natural patterns play a key role in directing designs inspired from nature. Within this context, the approach of utilizing inspiration from nature within the scope of \"Environmental Design Project1\" course of the 1st grade classes of Karadeniz Technical University, Landscape Architecture Department was seen as a subject to be considered in landscape architecture. This derste made up the material of working with models called \"children's play and gaming activities\". 4 students selected in the application section (model); research process (natural samples), and creative product (model), and the process of natural inspiration in design was examined in the context of the pattern. As a result, this design education, which implements the pattern inspiration approach, it has become easier for pupils to design their form, to determine concept-activity, and to achieve spatial fiction.
