This research was conducted in two cycles, in each cycle having planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis techniques that guide data management by using a percentage (%) to achieve a constant of 100. A maximum score of 92 out of seven pedagogical competencies consisting of; Competency 1; Get to know the characteristics of students. Competency 2; Mastering learning theory and principles of learning. Competency 3; Curriculum Development. Competency 4: Educating learning activities. Competency 5; Understand and develop potential. Competency 6; Communication with students. Competency 7: Assessment and evaluation. Research Results in the first cycle the lowest value of 70% and in thesecond cycle the lowest value of 80%. The highest average value in cycle I was 79% and the highest average value in cycle II was 84%. {"title":"PENGEMBANGAN PTS BERBASIS TEMA MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK JARI DIVA","authors":"Zainal . .","doi":"10.26418/jpp.v4i1.37798","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26418/jpp.v4i1.37798","url":null,"abstract":"Permasalahan pelaksanaan Penilaian Tengah Semester (PTS) yang masih dilaksanakan secara parsial berdasarkan muatan pelajaran  oleh guru binaan menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan penilaian yang dilaksanakan.  Guru kelas pada sekolah binaan mengalami kesulitan dalam pengembangan soal PTS berbasis tema. Bimbingan kelompok JARI DIVA menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan PTS Berbasis Tema. Bimbingan Kelompok JARI DIVA dilaksanakan sejak semester II tahun pelajaran 2017/2018  hingga semester II tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 terhadap guru kelas 1,2,4,dan 5 pada gugus 13,16, dan 19 Singkawang. {"title":"MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KARTU KATA BERGAMBAR PADA SISWA KELAS I SEKOLAH DASAR","authors":"Eka Teni .","doi":"10.26418/jpp.v4i1.37791","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26418/jpp.v4i1.37791","url":null,"abstract":"Penulisan artikel ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya  Berdasarkan  tes kemampuan membaca dan hasil analisis yang dilakukan oleh guru, menunjukkan hasil yang kurang memuaskan yaitu dari 18 siswa hanya 4 ( 22% ) siswa  yang bisa membaca dengan lancar, 8 atau ( 44% ) siswa yang membaca dengan cara mengeja kemudian  merangkaikannya menjadi kata, dan ada 6 atau ( 34% ) siswa yang masing  mengalami kesulitan untuk membedakan huruf d dan  b, huruf l dan r, huruf p dan t, mereka sudah bisa mengeja huruf menjadi suku kata tetapi belum mampu merangkaikannya menjadi kata yang dimaksudkan. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru menyususn RPP dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran serta mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas I SDN 7 Pendawan setelah menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dilakukan PTK dengan menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 7 Pendawan pada siswa kelas I sebanyak dua siklus. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan hasil test kemampuan membaca dan lembar pengamatan. Hasil tes kemampuan membaca siswa dan tingkat ketuntasan juga mengalami peningkatan. Analisis hasil tes kemampuan membaca pada siklus I adalah 72,57 dan siklus II 87,15, sedangkan ketuntasan rata-rata kemampuan membaca siswa siklus I adalah 66,67% dan siklus II 87,15%. Tempat pelaksanaan di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak, Jalan Tani Tanjung Raya II Pontianak semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X IPA-2 berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut : (1) Terjadi  peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Pada siklus I persentase keaktifan peserta didik adalah 55%, pada siklus II  persentase keaktifan peserta didik naik menjadi 70%. (2) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik.  Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan belajar 57%,  pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar naik menjadi 77,4%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak pokok bahasan Trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 37 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa putra dan 10 siswa putri, seorang guru Matematika Kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak , dan seorang observer. Indikator keberhasilannya ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu apabila sekurang-kurangnya 70% hasil belajar siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2015/ 2016 pokok bahasan Trigonometri sudah mencapai sekurang-kurangnya 70.Pada siklus 1 rata -rata kelasnya mencapai 67.31, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 19 anak (51.35%) dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 18 anak (48.65%) dengan nilai tertinggi 98 dan nilai terendah 45. Pada siklus 1 untuk nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diperoleh belum mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan, dan untuk prosentasi ketuntasan masih dibawah indikator yang ditetapkan. Mastery of understanding integer operations by students in mathematics learning is still low, so that the learning was unpleasant and uninteresting. Therefore, we need a learning technique that is able to improve mastery of understanding by students so that it can also improve learning outcomes. The method used is the method of discussion. Results of this study are indicated by an increase in mastery of understanding integer operating material by students in learning. In the first cycle of meeting 1 obtained 60.25%, and meeting 2 obtained 62.73%.
