The scientific novelty of the article lies in the determination that digital education is not a substitute for traditional education, but an effective addition to the quality provision of educational services thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies into the educational process in accordance with the technological challenges of the present and future. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in the possibility of using them to develop a strategy for solving existing problems of educational digitalization, finding tools for optimizing the process of obtaining online education. Characteristic features of new ideas of educational and pedagogical space are their dynamism and continuity. If the educational system has its fundamental stages of development (approval, functioning, transformation), the practically oriented cluster of pedagogy is always focused on progress in the form of changes, improvements, and transformations. The purpose of scientific exploration is to structure and systematize pedagogical innovations in the main segments of the educational environment. The article aims to determine the differences between the declarative elements of innovative educational strategies and the practical implementation of pedagogical innovations demanded by time and reality. The methodological basis for scientific research is concentrated around general scientific, scientific-pedagogical, and philosophical-scientific segments. Prospective directions of pedagogical innovations research is to determine the role in the development of the educational environment and to develop mechanisms to overcome the problems associated with pedagogical innovations in the education system. The relevance of the article is due to the deep transformations of the current society, the Covid-19 pandemic, the development of local wars. The purpose of the publication is to analyze the phenomenon of social and labor relations in the conditions of digitalization of education. Methodology. Both general scientific methods (for example, analysis and synthesis) and special pedagogical research methods (concretization, abstraction, observation, etc.) were used. In the results the global changes in the development of the labor paradigm against the background of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the peculiarities of the organization of remote work were highlighted. A SWOT analysis of the influence of remote work on the educational process was carried out. Scientific novelty - for the first time, the transformation of social and labor relations in the process of the development of the digital society and under the influence of external challenges is comprehensively considered. The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of requirements and conditions for the development of social and labor relations in the context of future education development. At the same time, the constant development of the educational sector entails the justification of the use of certain scientific innovations and advanced technologies in the system of higher education, which is the actual task of this pedagogical research. The object of the study is innovation and advanced technology in higher education. The aim of the work is to highlight innovative means, methods, and technologies in higher education, which are promising mechanisms for improving the university system of Latvia. Pedagogical methods of research (theoretical and empirical) are used in the work. Among theoretical methods of pedagogical cognition, we will distinguish analysis, synthesis, concretization, and abstraction, systemic and functional methods. The empirical methods of research used observation, experiment, and rating method, the basis of which formed the key recommendations for the implementation of the analyzed learning technologies. The results analyzed a number of problems, in particular, the issues of innovative changes in European higher education, modern advanced technologies of learning in higher education, innovative, methods, forms of development of higher education, the problem of STEM-education functioning in Latvia. The scientific novelty of the research is the proposed synthetic analysis of actual innovative methods and technologies in the system of higher education. The practical value of the work consists in the formation of recommendations for further use of innovative methods of higher education development. In the conclusion, it is summarized that the use of innovative teaching methods is an important part of modern European education. The key trends of the modern scientific outlook paradigm define the principles of pragmatism and dynamism as fundamental priorities that determine the components of the professionalism of the future teacher. The purpose of scientific research is to determine the content and form of formation of professional skills, which will determine the level of professionalism in the educational system in the near and distant future. The tasks of the article are actualization of perspectives of synergistic interaction of pedagogical hard skills & soft skills and their relationship with the socio-cultural space (efficiency and transformation of professional qualities of a teacher). Methodological approaches that ensure the realization of the goal and objectives of the research are based on general scientific, scientific-pedagogical and philosophical methods focused on forecasting and modeling. The research was carried out taking into account the experience of current modern pedagogical competencies and forecasting prospective vectors of the development of pedagogical skills. For this purpose, we analyzed data on the digital competence of secondary education teachers who teach in different locations (urban, rural), in schools with different types of ownership (public, private). The data of teachers of all ages and genders are also compared. Theoretical and empirical research methods were used to solve the problems of the study. The results show that the skills of using digital tools have significant differences among teachers of the different locality of teaching. Also, younger teachers have higher rates of digital competence than older teachers. Accordingly, younger teachers from urban areas have better access to implementing digital competency standards. To improve digital literacy and the ability to implement digital competency standards for secondary education teachers, it is necessary to create conditions for teachers from different locales with different levels of digital competency to gain the necessary experience. The article deals with the problems of media literacy of modern youth and ways to resolve the effects of media and Internet resources on the quality and level of education of future students. The research work aims to investigate the variability of media resources and their influence on schoolchildren and the awareness of future students. The methodological approach to this research represents the search and analysis of theoretical sources of American and Kyrgyz origin, aimed at the study of media literacy among the social stratum of students, applicants for higher education, and other members of society. Theoretical (analysis, systematization, and synthesis of scientific sources) and empirical (retrospective analysis) research methods were used to examine the issue of media literacy. Using the method of theoretical analysis, the peculiarities of the interpretation of the issues and development of media literacy were studied and using the method of systematization and generalization, the scientific sources devoted to the issue of digital awareness of the population were investigated. In the article, using retrospective analysis, literary sources on media literacy were collected and systematized. The research study analyzed the main issues of media literacy of the population and identified trends of development from theoretical framework to practical application. Scientific exploration aims to coordinate the positions of education applicants, teachers, and representatives of the administrative cluster possible in the organization of a comprehensive pedagogical discourse. The task of the article is to develop effective theoretical-methodological and practically oriented guidelines, which will become a reference point for the construction of higher professional education of the future. The methodological arsenal for conducting this type of research served as general scientific, educational-pedagogical, and philosophical methods. The key issues shaping the agenda of pedagogical discourse on the prospects of education are the definition of short-term pedagogical innovations and long-term strategies for the development of higher professional education. A promising area of research is the correlation between the potential of the educational environment and the potential of socio-cultural space. Thus, pedagogical discourse is called to implement synergetic models of educational development. Despite the conservatism of education, the present and, even more so, the future of this sphere requires innovative transformations. Scientific-technological and humanitarian-informational progress allows updating education and forecasting its development based on further transformations. Higher vocational education is in dire need of constant updating of the pedagogical discourse because the abilities and skills acquired (acquired) by future professionals immediately turn into indicators of professionalism, which is a determining factor in the competitive environment of the modern world. Determining the vector of further movement is an important step in the renewal and improvement of educational interaction. In particular, significant for the organization of pedagogical interaction is compliance with the socio-cultural environment. Socio-political changes significantly modify the process of personal formation, which, in turn, requires an adaptive response from specialists in psychological and pedagogical direction. Accordingly, the object of the presented research work is determined by the context of future personality formation. The task of this study is to establish the content and measure of transformative influences in the situation of reforming the educational system, in particular the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The methodological basis of this work general scientific and scientific-pedagogical methods aimed at forecasting and modeling. The empirical basis for the conclusions provided in the work are the results of the conducted psychological survey and questionnaire survey of participants in the educational process. Accordingly, the article presents a theoretical model of personality development in modern information society, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational process in which it is located. The category of “information culture” is defined as an integrative concept for the study of the presented topic. The main directions of the modernization of the educational process in the crisis caused by sudden digitalization are defined. In particular, the work reflects the need to improve the digital competence of teaching staff, expanding the technical support of educational institutions, eliminating the limitations of interaction between students and teachers, as well as ensuring inclusiveness and humanistic principles of education. In addition, it is established that the new information context is favorable for the personal development of students. First of all, it is reflected in the increased level of actualization, self-efficacy, and ego-identity of the latter. The objectives of the study were to find out the use of digital tools and to outline the barriers hindering their implementation; to describe the efficient algorithm of implementation of innovative and cultural transformations. Within the framework of research, one analyzed 31 works devoted to the problems of transformations of educational environment and its digitalization from 2018 to 2022. As a result, theoretical research is linked to 5 articles. 4 articles described the prospects of future development of education under digital changes, and 6 studies were oriented towards the impact of COVID on digitalization. Also, the course of transformations in developed (USA, Finland, Norway, and Turkey) and developing countries (Ukraine, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, China) was analyzed. A systematic literature review and synthesis of conceptual research results on the problem were used. The case study to describe the peculiarities of implementation of digital technologies and to identify barriers of traditional learning within the educational process was carried out. To collect and process the data an interviewing, a pedagogical observation, an in-depth review, an open-ended survey, and methods of statistical analysis were used. The results evaluated that all the participants of the survey consider digitalization an effective innovative transformation and both teachers and learners have similar preference in using various digital tools. Also, the study revealed that teachers and learners face a number of barriers that complicate the educational process. To enhance the efficiency of educational environment and to achieve pedagogical intentions one outlined the measures to remove the barriers identified.
