In every level of education, Indonesian is taught according to the students' developmental stages. However, in practice in the field, many people find a lack of ability to read, write and speak Indonesian, especially in educational institutions that use a foreign language as one of the introductory words in every lesson. The research aims to improve the ability to read, write, and speak Indonesian at the elementary school level. The subjects of this research were 21 grade 1 students at XYZ Private Elementary School in Tangerang. This research explains how gamification can improve students' reading, writing, and speaking skills. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). However, analyzing South China Sea disputes through a realist lens provides valuable insights into power struggles, vested interests, and security issues underlying the conflict. Through a critical review of territorial claims, legal frameworks, and the historical context of disputes, this paper provides a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of such disputes. Methods: This study used a literature review method that involved surveying various sources such as journals, books, documentation, internet, and literature relevant to the object of research. PICOT framework was used to search for international online journals with the keywords “Supervision, Coaching, Nurse Performance. Results: The findings reveal that supervision and coaching provided by head nurses or nurse management significantly impact their performance. Research outcomes from various sources indicate that supervision, whether in the form of peer group supervision, clinical supervision, PRIMA, or ESA-C, demonstrate improvements in knowledge, attitudes, skills, and the evaluation of nursing care. Meanwhile, coaching, especially within training programs, has proven to assist in identifying individual and team needs, enhancing competence, and improving nurse performance by providing guidance, reflection, and necessary emotional support. Conclusion: Head nurse supervision and coaching play pivotal roles in enhancing nurse performance across various hospital contexts. Mathematics plays a crucial role in the elementary education curriculum, contributing significantly to the development of logical understanding and problem-solving skills for students. However, the high level of mathematics anxiety and low student engagement pose challenges in the early learning process. This qualitative research involved one 1st-grade class with 20 students as the research subjects. Data were collected through classroom observations, test results, and interviews with both teachers and students. The findings indicate that 1st-grade students participating in Math Centers exhibit low mathematics anxiety and active engagement in the classroom. Students also tend to enjoy mathematics lessons in the Math Centers setting compared to regular classes. The varied activities provided in Math Centers make mathematics no longer perceived as a dull and intimidating subject. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in self-confidence and differences in independence owned by students after being given the treatment of the show-and-tell method. This study was conducted for four meetings with a total of 17 students in kindergarten B class. This study used a quantitative approach with the One Group Pretest - post-test design. The data from the research was obtained through a rubric assessment of each variable that had been tested for validity and reliability previously. The results of the hypothesis on both variables using the t-test showed a value of 0.000 smaller than 0.005 on self-confidence and independence. The n-gain value of the self-confidence variable is 0.4 and independence is 0.6. The focus of this research is the policy of the Surakarta City Government in organizing street vendors in Laweyan, the extent of the Surakarta City Government's policy in improving the welfare of street vendors. The primary data sources in this study are street vendors in Laweyan, officers of the Trade Office of the PKL Management section, officers of Satpol PP Surakarta City. The results showed that to overcome the problem of mushrooming street vendors, the Surakarta City Government issued Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2008. In its implementation, the Regional Regulation is assisted by the existence of Guardian Number 17B of 2012 and also Mayor Decree Number 510 of 2012. However, some studies indicate a decline in literacy activities among them. With the rapid development of the digital media and the high use of gadgets among schoolchildren, it is expected that these gadgets can enhance their literacy skills, reading interests, and English learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effect of using the myON digital media on the students' literacy skills, reading interests, and English learning outcomes. A pre-experimental design was employed to observe the differences before and after the use of the myON digital media, followed by a mixed-method design with an explanatory sequential approach. The research population consisted of 48 Grade IV students. The research instruments included literacy skills worksheets to observe the differences between the pretest and posttest, an N-Gain test was conducted, with the analysis showing an increase classified as low (g ≤ 0.3). A questionnaire was used to assess the impacts of the myON media on their reading interests and English learning outcomes. The method used was quantitative quasi-experiment with correlation tests on mathematical problem solving abilities and learning achievement for classes VIII C and VIII D at SMP Tarakanita 2 Jakarta with 58 respondents. The Cronbach's Alpha test on the YouTube media test instruments (0.83), Blog (0.82), Problem Solving (Pretest 0.92 and Posttest 0.86), and Achievement (0.90) shows high validity and reliability. Based on non-parametric hypothesis testing using the Spearman Test method, it is known that there is a correlation between the use of YouTube media and Problem Solving (R-count 0.37), YouTube and Achievement (R-count 0.41), Blogs and Problem Solving (R-count 0. .42), and Blog with Achievement (R-count .39). This study uses the hybrid Best worst method (BWM) and Interval-valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the highest-weighted criteria, this research seeks to identify performance metrics that need improvement. The data were collected by filling in tables, there are three groups of experts who participate in determining the highest-weighted criteria.
