The general objective of this study was to present its concepts and implement the service blueprint as a facilitating tool for mapping the experiences of processes in the Human Resources area. To provide the best interaction and practice of actions, an action research was carried out at the company Jungle Devs, mapping the entire journey of the selection process for new candidates. The methodological procedure was oriented by the guidelines of the exploratory research, starting from a systematic understanding of the processes that took place in person and from the analysis of the activities performed by the company. This is the Zero Waste Tool for Apparel Design (ZWTAD). The construction of the tool took place in two stages: (I) initially, based on the use of the visual panel of the Orientation Guide for Project Development; and (II), then, under the application of the structural elements (premises, requirements and usability principles) of Visual Project Management. Therefore, methodologically, this article can be understood as applied, descriptive, bibliographic and qualitative research. Para que estas ações tenham maior fluidez, pode-se fazer uso da gestão visual de projetos. Este artigo tem como objetivo aprimorar um esquema proposto por Krupahtz (2018) utilizando a gestão visual de projetos. Para isto inicialmente foram contextualizadas as áreas de design de produção e gestão visual de projetos para tornar claro a interação entre elas e como abordagem metodológica foi utilizado o método Lemming, de Teixeira (2018). Como resultado apresenta-se o processo de elaboração de um modelo visual de acordo com o método e a criação de um painel visual que contempla a fase de pré-produção, com enfoque no design de produção audiovisual. O objetivo geral do presente estudo foi apresentar seus conceitos e implementar o service blueprint como uma ferramenta facilitadora para o mapeamento de experiencias dos processos da area de Recursos Humanos. Visando proporcionar a melhor interacao e pratica das acoes, foi realizada a pesquisa-acao na empresa Jungle Devs, participando entao do mapeamento de toda a jornada do processo de selecao de novos candidatos. A Gestao Visual por meio da ferramenta service blueprint mostrou-se necessaria ao alinhamento do time nessa modalidade, alem de facilitar o entendimento do processo aos demais colaboradores da empresa. Rech, Icléia Silveira","doi":"10.5965/1982615X14312021143","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5965/1982615X14312021143","url":null,"abstract":"This text, an integral fragment of the ongoing master's research, has as main theme the theoretical-conceptual approach between trends and visual management, aiming to qualify the trend analysis method proposed by Dragt (2017) from principles and tools of visual management . In methodological terms, the article is designed in the moments of conceptualizing important terms through the Bibliographic Review, as well as the collection, reduction, categorization and interpretation of data via Qualitative Data Analysis. Furthermore, the text is classified as being of a basic, qualitative nature and with descriptive objectives.
