Interpersonal communication between parents and children that occurs at SDN Cipayung 01 in general, the pattern of interpersonal communication between parents and children while accompanying learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic is very important. This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of parents and children in online learning during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in this study, namely conducting in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation as well as checking the validity of the data by triangulation of sources. . The results of this study indicate that parents at SDN Cipayung 01 during the COVID-19 pandemic played a role in raising children's learning motivation. This is because it is the motivation of parents that makes children more confident and performs in this online learning period by implementing a democratic (democratic) communication pattern where all children's activities in their homes are always open and they have rules that are mutually agreed upon by the community. child. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using one independent variable (banner effectiveness aspect) and one dependent variable (awareness). The indicator to measure the independent variable (X) is the reach of the banner media and the design and visuals of the banner media, while the indicators that measure the dependent variable (Y) are knowledge, attitudes, and actions. This research was carried out from October 2020 by taking data from the Kedung Waringin Village, Bogor City. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling, which means that the respondents are those who are met or selected by chance and meet the data sources of 100 people. This study uses the Taro Yamane formula. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire and distributed to 100 residents of Kedung Waringin, Bogor City. The data analysis technique of this research used SPSS version 25 for Windows with a Likert scale. The results of this study state that there is a significant and quite strong relationship between the X variable and the Y variable, the direction of the relationship is negative and it can be concluded that the efforts of the Kedung Waringin Urban Village in Bogor City have been good at making Covid-19 educational banners, but they still do not have a full positive effect on the awareness of its citizens about Covid-19. The brand itself has the slogan; Bogor Regency Sport and Tourism, but this study focuses on the logo displaying the shape of mountains, kujang, taro and paragliding sports. Applying qualitative research method, the object is the logo Bogor Regency Sport and Tourism which was inaugurated in 2019. Data collection techniques used are documenter data collections, visual material and online research. The logos are analyzed using semiotics data analysis methods, adopting Barthes perspective of denotation, connotations and myths. The techniques of examining the validity of research involve data cycle similarity, research persistence and Mead and Blumer’s triangulation Symbolic Interactionism. The myths in the logo reveal that that the government of Bogor Regency has strong goals to achieve ‘The City of Sport and Tourism’. The local government relies on the potential of it’s’ territory to be part of tourism and sports activities. In order to overcome this, Japan carried out immigration policies for its citizen and efforts to carry out economic expansion to Brazil as a consequence of new industrialized country. The purpose of this research was to analyze the background of the immigration of Japanese citizen to Brazil, as well as various policies implemented as a form of economic expansion efforts in Brazil. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that although Japan turned into a new industrialized country, it was not accompanied by increasing of welfare, Japan was faced with the problem of urban and rural poverty. In addition, Japan was also faced with population growth, so that the level of competition in finding jobs was high, which results in increased unemployment. Facing this kind of situation, the private sector with the support of the government had implemented immigration policies for its citizens to Brazil. Through immigration, the Japanese private sector and government carried out economic expansion in order to fulfill raw materials, as well as the distribution of industrial products, through the establishment of colonies, purchase of land for settlements and plantations, economic missions, banking businesses and the establishment of various industries. Guna mengatasi hal ini Jepang melakukan kebijakan imigrasi bagi penduduknya dan usaha untuk melakukan ekspansi ekonomi ke Brasil sebagai konsekwensi negara industri baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis latar belakang terjadinya imigrasi penduduk Jepang ke Brasil, serta berbagai kebijakan yang dilakukan sebagai wujud dari upaya ekspansi ekonomi di Brasil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa walaupun Jepang berubah menjadi negara industri baru, tetapi tidak disertai dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan, Jepang dihadapkan kepada masalah kemiskinan perkotaan, dan pedesaan. Selain itu Jepang juga dihadapkan kepada pertambahan penduduk, sehingga tingkat kompetisi dalam mencari pekerjaanmenjadi tinggi, yang berakibat meningkatnya pengangguran. Menghadapi hal seperti ini, pihak swasta dengan dukungan pemerintah melakukan kebijakan imigrasi bagi penduduknya ke Brasil. The success of an advertising message in capturing the audience's attention and create awareness of one set of capabilities includes an advertising content in the audio and visual elements of the use of the media, this study aims to determine the stage of making understand the message of the use of digital signage medium that has limitations on audio elements that able to highlight the visual elements that still give th eaudience an understanding in accordance with the audio function. This study used a qualitative research method with descriptive explorative design, to explain the results of the interview and observation data analysis techniques used thematic analysis. The results showed limitations in representing by the agency of visual elements on the digital signage medium in capturing the attention of the audience, persuasive, and increase awareness of the audience for a productor service through the medium. Production strategies under taken message includes three stages which includes the step of: 1) Pre-production, 2) production, and 3) Post- Production. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif ekploratif, untuk menjelaskan hasil wawancara dan observasi digunakan teknik analisis data dengan analisa tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterbatasan agency dalam menunjukan unsur visual pada medium digital signage dalam menangkap atensi dari audiens, persuasif, dan meningkatkan awareness audiens terhadap sebuah produk atau jasa melalui medium tersebut. The theory which used in the thesis are speaking theory Dell Hymes. This research using qualitative approach methode with study etnografy communication. The subject of the thesis are ethnic Arabian and ethnic Sundaneese. The focus of the thesis is to analyze the Communication Pattern of Arabian Ethnic and Sundaneese Ethnic in Empang Village Bogor City. The thesis reveals that the language used between ethnic Arabian and ethnic Sundaneese is the language of Sundaneese and Indonesia language, the communication in activities trade, the setting in which communication in place of trade, and relations the communication among ethnic Arabian and ethnic Sundaneese in Empang Village Bogor City is lasting scientific and interwoven with good. Keywords: Arabian Ethnic, Communication Pattern, Ethnography, Sundaneese Ethnic Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahasa yang digunakan, peristiwa komunikasi antar kelompok dan setting yang terjadi antara etnis Arab dan etnis Sunda di Kelurahan Empang Kota Bogor, pola komunikasi antar pribadi yang terjadi pada etnis Arab dan etnis Sunda di Kelurahan Empang Kota Bogor. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori speaking oleh Dell Hymes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi etnografi komunikasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Etnis Arab dan Etnis Sunda. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengkaji Pola Komunikasi Antar Etnis Arab dan Etnis Sunda di Kelurahan Empang Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa bahasa yang digunakan antara etnis Arab dengan etnis Sunda adalah bahasa Sunda dan bahasa Indonesia, peristiwa komunikasi dalam kegiatan perdagangan, setting yang terjadi pola komunikasi ada di tempat perdagangan, dan hubungan pola komunikasi antar etnis Arab dan etnis Sunda di Kelurahan Empang Kota Bogor berlangsung ilmiah serta terjalin dengan baik. In fact, that bitter experience lasted until the war ended. This is represented through postwar literary works. This article aims to analyze the metaphors of postwar period romance in two literary works, Gribachov's \"August Stars\" and Utuy Tatang Sontani's \"Early and Mira.\" The two authors are authors of different countries, but of the same name, romantic realism. This research method is qualitative with comparative literary studies. His results show that there are symbolic similarities to both stories. The metaphors used in both short stories are metaphors of distance or incarcing and metaphors of loss or disability. Both metaphors relate to war.In conclusion, a literary work with romantic realism is a literary work that displays bitter past events. Past experiences of war are displayed through metaphors. Abstrak Perang menciptakan pengalaman yang pahit bagi kehidupan manusia. Bahkan, pengalaman yang pahit itu bertahan hingga perang berakhir. Hal ini direpresentasikan melalui karya sastra pascaperang. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis metafora percintaan periode pascaperang pada dua karya sastra, yakni “August Stars” karya Gribachov dan “Awal dan Mira” karya Utuy Tatang Sontani. Kedua pengarang itu adalah pengarang yang berbeda negara, tetapi beraliran yang sama, yakni realisme romantik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi sastra bandingan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kemiripan metafora pada kedua cerita tersebut. Metafora yang digunakan di kedua cerpen tersebut adalah metafora tentang keberjarakan atau keterpenjaraan dan metafora kehilangan atau kecacatan. Kedua metafora itu berhubungan dengan perang. Kesimpulannya, karya sastra beraliran realisme romantik adalah karya sastra yang menampilkan peristiwa masa lalu yang pahit. Pengalaman masa lalu tentang perang ditampilkan melalu metafora. Kehilangan atau kecacatan ditampilkan melalui medium metafora. Kata kunci: Gribacov, metafora, pascaperang, realisme romantic, Utuy Tatang Sontani. Positive and accurate information will be beneficial for the community. People's ability to understand any information is still considered low. One of them is information about the activities of built citizens in Penitentiary (LAPAS) during COVID-19 pandemic. Many residents in penitentiary have skills in various fields, one of which is cooking skills. Built residents with good skills are entrusted to help penitentiary officers do daily activities. One of them is to help in the kitchen, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. To provide information to the community about the activities of the residents who help in the kitchen, Penitentiary Class II A Bogor made a video of the activity uploaded on social media. The purpose of making this video is to provide information to the public about the lives and activities of the built citizens, especially the tamping who help in the kitchen. The video showed the activities of the tamping kitchen. The tamping kitchen activities began with raw materials of cuisine arrived in the penitentiary, processing the materials, cooked and consumed by the members of penitentiary occupants. Research methods use a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews and document tracing. The study was conducted from November 2020 to February 2021. Key word : Digital Literacy, inmates, tamping kitchen Abstrak: Di era digital literasi saat ini, beragam informasi hadir melalui media massa ataupun media sosial. Informasi positif dan akurat akan bermanfaat bagi masayarakat. Kemampuan masyarakat memahami setiap informasi masih dianggap rendah. Salah satunya informasi tentang kegiatan warga binaan di dalam Lembaga pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) selama pandemi COVID-19. Warga binaan di Lapas banyak yang memiliki keterampilan di beragam bidang, salah satunya keterampilan memasak. Warga binaan dengan keterampilan baik dipercayakan membantu petugas Lapas mengerjakan kegiatan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah membantu di dapur, khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19. Untuk memberikan informasi pada masyarakat tentang kegiatan para warga binaan (tamping) yang membantu di dapur, pihak Lapas Kelas II A Bogor membuat video kegiatan yang diunggah di media sosial. Tujuan dari pembuatan video ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi pada masyarakat tentang kehidupan dan kegiatan warga binaan, khususnya para tamping yang membantu di dapur. Dalam video ditayangkan aktivitas para tamping dapur dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, dimulai dari awal bahan baku masakan tiba di lapas, pengolahan dan dikonsumsi para warga binaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan penelusuran dokumen. Penelitian dilakukan pada November 2020 sampai Februari 2021.
