The development and materials of domestic and foreign authors formed the methodological basis of the research. In the course of writing research methods as retrospective, systematization method, analytical and constructive-geographical were used.\u0000\u0000Research results. The article presents the theoretical foundations and elements that the cadastre of sea coasts should contain. The basic principles of the sea coast cadastre were proposed and substantiated to optimize economic activities and preserve the natural environment in the coastal zone of the seas of Ukraine.\u0000\u0000The scientific novelty of the results obtained consists in the development of the foundations of the cadastre of seashores, which are a qualitatively new step of generalization and registration of data on the current state of the coastal zone. Thus, the cadastre is a necessary information source for making important decisions regarding the management of economic activities for the harmonization of the relationship between nature and society.\u0000\u0000Practical value. Changes in the number of ethnic minorities in certain years have had a significant influence on ethno-demographic processes. Thus, depending on the geopolitical and socio-economic conditions of the country, including the living condition of the population, the pace of development of settlements and demographic situation, there have been recorded crucial alterations in the demographic indicators of ethnic minorities over the years and these alterations have been widely experienced in the northern regions of the state that these regions differentiate as their ethnic diversity. The primary purpose of the research is to identify trends in the ethno-demographic situation in the region, to investigate the causes of trends in demographic dynamics and to make proposals for figuring out challenges. Methods. The research was carried out using mathematical-statistical, comparative analysis, historical and questionnaire methods. Along with, the statistical materials, provisions of state laws, programs and orders, information in periodicals played a pivotal role in conducting the research. Results. The article scrutinizes the essential factors influencing changes in marital status, the structure of age-gender composition and trends in the number dynamics of the population. The article also determines the ways of regulation of the ethno-demographic situation in the region, and finally, presents the results and proposals prepared on a scientific basis. Scientific innovations. For the first time, the article investigates the changes in the ethno-demographic situation of ethnic minorities in the Shaki-Zagatala economic-geographical region under the influence of certain factors and the impact of the measures taken on the current situation. It was determined that the demographic situation of ethnic minorities are formed under the influence of natural and geographical factors, as well as socio-economic and political factors, and as a result of these factors, the ethno-demographic situation has changed significantly in certain years. The analysis shows that despite taken measures, there are significant differences in the ethno-demographic situation, and these differences have shown and continue to manifest themselves in all ethno-demographic processes. In this regard, in terms of the country's territorial integrity, strategic future and multicultural values, a certain action plan should be implemented to regulate the ethno-demographic situation in the republic, including the Shaki-Zagatala economic-geographical region which is distinguished by its ethnic diversity. Practical significance. This study used a comparative analysis of modern electronic and literary sources on the topic of smart cities and smart destinations. Thanks to smart destination technology, tourists become a resource for development of tourism. This technology also enhances engagement and integration with target audiences. Smart destinations open up previously unattainable opportunities for businesses to improve their products and services. Analytical methods (analysis of strategic tasks in the context of their program goals), comparative-geographical methods (comparison of strategic tasks given in different legal documents), as well as methods of generalization and systematization (theoretical generalization of the obtained material) abstract-logical (generalization and formulation of conclusions) methods were used during the research.\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. The article formulates two groups of strategic tasks in forecasting the future development of spatial monosystems of the Carpathian region, namely: strategic tasks that will prevent the approach of the bifurcation boundary in the mono system and strategic objectives that will accelerate the emergence of new systems the studied spatial system in the previous state. To substantiate the strategic objectives of managing the mono-development of the Carpathian region and determine approaches to their implementation, examples of strategic objectives for long-term mono-development of monosystems in which there is no human activity as a component of the system, or in which any human activity is minimized in the context of State Strategy regional development for 2021-2027. Examples of strategic tasks to ensure the promising mono-development of individual spatial protected monosystems of the Carpathian region have been given. Strategic tasks for socio-economic growth of socio-geographical agrarian monosystems of the Carpathian region have been outlined in accordance with our three groups of strategic tasks of a systemic nature, namely: monosystem-preserving, conditionally monosystem-preserving, diversification-innovation strategic tasks. It had been determined that the strategic objectives of long-term development of specific monosystems of a hierarchical level, selected by a specific monosystem attribute, should be defined and outlined taking into account the focus on strategic goals of their socio-geographical development, i.e to achieve desired results in socio-geographical relief spatial functioning of these systems.\u0000\u0000Practical meaning. The results of this study contribute to a deeper socio-geographical understanding of the strategic objectives of the management of mono-development of the Carpathian region and approaches to their implementation. Method. Theoretical materials of the research are the best practices of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of network communications and their impact on the future specialists preparing in geography and tourism, namely articles, monographs, abstracts, dissertations. The study uses the method of theoretical materials analysis, as well as methods of observation, abstraction in identifying the qualification characteristics of social Internet networks. Content analysis (analysis of the social networks community messages content); statistical and comparative information analysis was carried out. Empirical research on the social Internet networks lies in creating and filling a community on the social Internet network, as well as engaging students in that community. Results. In the research it was found out that social networks can be used to solve the following tasks: to organize the collective work of students in the classroom (and outside it), which will be favourable to the communication, to gain the team experience; to ensure the development of the students personalized learning environment; to promote students independent learning, as everyone works in his own rhythm; to promote informal communication between the tutor and the students; to change the tutor's role, who will become an assistant, friend, mentor; to create digital educational content of the disciplines. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that on the comprehensive analysis of social internet networks, internet blogs, tourist internet resources basis, their place and role in the information and educational environment of higher education institutions are determined, in particular: the specifics of the content, prospects and mechanisms of the development of the social Internet networks from the point of view of training future tourists are determined; the dependence of the functions of the Social Internet Network, Internet blogs on their structural elements is established. Brand management is an actual area of scientific researches in the context of its role in tourism. The brand creates a difference of a trademark or service from competing ones, helps to increase sales and generally increases profits in the long-term perspective. Therefore, the formation of the brand requires the serious approaches and the involvement of skilled managers. The practice of tourist centers or territories brands creation is widely used now, which is fully justified, as the positive image of cities or regions contributes to the creation of additional profits from attracting new tourists. The main functions of the tourist destination brand are related to: - the formation of an individual image (image) of the destination, which distinguishes it from its competitors; - ensuring its recognition by choosing a market position for the tourist product of the destination; - confirmation of the quality of the tourist product of the destination; - a positive influence on the formation of corporate consciousness of the population of the tourist territory (region, destination). The key task of branding the tourist destination is to establish position and strengthen its strengths, which should serve as the basis for the formation of the brand. Specificity of branding of tourist territories as a complex of marketing actions undertaken by their management in cooperation with stakeholders (various stakeholders) for the creation and promotion of the brand is that: - the product of the destination is multifaceted, including a number of goods and services of various industries; - the management of the destination does not have full control over the marketing complexes (marketing mix); - teamwork is required taking into account the interests of all stakeholders; - significant influence is rendered by the policy of the country / region in the field of tourism.\u0000\u0000Practical significance. {"title":"ECOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF SURFACE WATER QUALITY OF ROSTAVYTSIA RIVER","authors":"P. Environmental assessment of the surface water of the Rostavytsia river was carried out using the system of classification of standards for the assessment of surface water quality of Ukraine. On the basis of common environmental criteria, the methodology makes it possible to compare the quality of water at different sites of water bodies, in water bodies of different regions. The calculation of the ecological assessment of water quality was carried out within three blocks: block of salt composition (І1), block of trophic-saprobiological (ecological-sanitary) indicators (І2) and block of indicators of content of specific substances of toxic action (І3). The results are presented in the form of a combined environmental assessment based on the final conclusions of the three blocks and based on the calculation of the integrated environmental index (IE).\u0000\u0000Results. Omprehensive studies on changing the water quality of the Rostavytsia river were conducted within the Zhytomyr region during 2016-2017. The water quality of the river according to the final values of the integral indicators of water quality of the three blocks varies within the II and III quality classes. The total environmental indices (IE) for the mean and worst indices are 3,2 and 3,3 respectively. In general, the water quality along the main channel of the Rostavytsia river within the Zhytomyr region corresponds to the second class, 3 categories, 3 subcategories according to the average quality indicators and 3(4) subcategories by worst performance. The total values of the integral surface water quality indicators of the Rostavytsia river indicate their contamination by trophic-saprobiological components.\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. For the first time, on the basis of analytical studies and stock materials, an ecological assessment of the surface waters of the Rostavytsia river within the Zhytomyr region was carried out by three blocks of indicators: salt composition, trophic-saprobiological indicators and specific toxic substances. The integral ecological index is determined. The trends of pollutants accumulation in the surface waters of the Rostavytsia river have been established.\u0000\u0000Practical significance. Analytical and statistical methods were used in the researches.\u0000\u0000Results. The classification of hotel-museums is given. The hotel-museums presented in the Ukrainian hotel market are considered and analyzed. The advantages of hotel-museums over other conceptual hotels and their prospects for development in the domestic hotel market are substantiated. The scientific novelty of the article is that the hotel-museum is a new format for Ukraine, since we do not have any hotel that meets the requirements of this type of accommodation facility. In our time, the guest has become more demanding and needs new solutions and approaches in the hospitality field. Non-standard accommodation formats have always attracted tourists with their strangeness and uniqueness. The hotel-museum is not only a non-standard accommodation facility for tourists, but also carries historical and cultural value.\u0000\u0000The museum is an element of a complete tourist package. The prospect of combining a museum with a hotel enterprise is of great importance for the tourism infrastructure, as it will give impetus to the development of new hotel formats and tourism in general. As tourists increasingly become oriented towards the experience and knowledge of travel, the format of the hotel-museum is an advantage among other conceptual hotels.\u0000\u0000Unlike concept hotels that are common around the world, the number of museum hotels is not so significant. The trend of \"hotel-museum\" has appeared recently, despite the fact that nowadays there is no official definition of this type of accommodation facility. It has led to the creation of hotel facilities that do not have their own museum or museum space, but position themselves as hotel- museums.\u0000\u0000The concept of \"hotel-museum\" is quite promising for Ukraine, because the historical and cultural heritage of our country attracts many tourists from all over the world. In spite of this, in Ukraine only four accommodation facilities call themselves hotel-museums. The article provides recommendations for domestic hotel-museums that will help support hotel enterprises with their chosen concept.\u0000\u0000Practical importance.
