There are two perspectives in looking at this gender. First, positivistic perspective (or objective) which sees that women have to be given opportunity in political space, its importance if women to have make of policy. Proper women isn’t it well-balance position with men in legislative because amount residents of more women compared to men. Second the naturalistic perspective (or subjective). Which my tries to express that women have their own responsible and their readiness of women to enter political world. Therefore, as a mother with double plays in a dilemma between family and career interests. Data collection using \"snow-ball\"  technique to 12 informants and informant election using theoretical sampling. The process of data analysis include braketing, horizonalizing, meaning units to get the description textural, imaginative variation to get the description structural, and blends (composite) into a meaning universal. The results showed that although mothers working face a dilemma in attempting to balance career and family, but for the mother's own career is needs to embodiment her self-and actualization strengthen existence. Their role models, the permission of the husband and the state of children, its potential and the desire to improve family economy, as well as the opportunity to rise to Higher career in work place makes mothers works feel need to work but still retains her role as mother and wife. This issue is also noticed by Bundo Kanduang; one of women’s Institutions in the city of Padang, West Sumatra. This institution is more concerning on the advantages of this enacted-draft as well as the disadvantages experienced by the women if it is not enacted. This institution shows its agreement by the reason that the draft of RUUPA can minimize negative impacts that may occur. One of the negative impacts is: there is no legality towards children born from this unregistered-marriage. Newspaper which was published in 1912 is a reflection of the social movement in the Minangkabau women fighting for and achieving their rights without going out of their natures as the “keeper” in his household. Despite the challenge is great enough of Minangkabau society, “Bundo Kanduang” is not decreased in bringing about social change in Minangkabau until the end of its publication in 1921. Nevertheless, in West Sumatra, the strengthening of local institutions has been one of the assets that can prevent the occurrence of these domestic violences. This study found that the existence of economic institutions, the strengthening of women’s institutions and women's economic empowerment in the village can reduce the occurrence of such violence. This research was conducted in some progressing-villages in West Sumatra: Simarasok Baso in Agam regency and Rao-Rao Sungai Tarab in Tanah Datar regency. But when she held the position, there are many problems and difficulties facing by her. This article exposes the experience of a woman village leader when dealing with the law to fight for her rights and avoiding the criminalization process. By using life-history method, interview and secondary data analysis, it tries to reconstruct woman’s mind, feel and experiences when she was facing legal proceeding and court process. In fact, women are particularly vulnerable when dealing with legal proceeding because it requires knowledge and understanding about law and regulations, material support and social network. It was too hard, painful, and suffered experiences for woman to fight for honorand justice for herself. This discussion aims to look beyond the problem involvement of women in parliament, where the government sets the rules of 30% representation of women in parliament, then discuss in Islamic perspective. After conducting in-depth research paper and analysis, the authors concluded 30% representation of women in parliament is set formally in the constitution, while according to Islamic perspective, rule of 30% representation of women in parliament is not contrary to the principles of Islam as it adheres to equality between men and women in leadership issues for women are possessed quality and capability as a leader.
